Beautifully furnished and maintained 2 bedroom Condo in the heart of LBI. Walk in to a open floor plan living, dining and kitchen, and use the spiral interior staircase to get up to the bedrooms and bath. Home owner adding a half bath for 2024! Walking distance to restaurants. Bike rentals close by. Only 9 houses to beach. Washer/ dryer and dishwasher. Private outdoor deck with gas grill. Come and enjoy the sun and sand.
Owner has an $100 cleaning fee on each lease. Small pets accepted with a non-refundable pet fee of $350. Owner provides pillows and blankets/comforters for your use.
