One of the best things about Cocoa Beach Club is that pretty much everything you need to enjoy an elevated beach day is already included with your stay. Comfy beach chairs. Shade-spreading umbrellas. Premium towels. You got it. The club also has private showers where guests can rinse off the sea-salt and sand after some fun at the private beach, exclusive to Cocoa Beach Club guests.

In 1972, Jim and Doris Huckaby purchased this place for their family. It has become the happy place for us, their children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. We have created wonderful memories here and are honored to open our doors to you to make fond memories of your own.
Why they chose this property
Our newly furnished condo is located on the second floor overlooking a heated pool and and is just a one minute walk from Beautiful Cocoa Beach. You can relax and enjoy your morning coffee from the balcony watching an amazing sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean or watch the cruise ships sail by. We are located one block south of the Historic Cocoa Beach Pier and just north of the world famous Ron Jon Surf Shop, the world’s largest surf shop.
What makes this property unique
You’ll be in walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and all kinds of fun activities. Or, hop in the car for a short drive to Historic Cocoa Village, Kennedy Space Center or Cape Canaveral. And, for those who can tear themselves away from the beach for a day, just an hour away, you’ll find Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World.
