Whether you're here for sun-soaked days, moonlit strolls, or rocket launches that light up the night sky, this is your perfect home base. We're just a short walk from the famous Cocoa Beach Pier — packed with restaurants, surf lessons, live music, volleyball, and tropical drinks — and only minutes from Ron Jon Surf Shop, a must-see icon of surf culture.

Bringing the whole crew.... We’ve got you covered with flexible sleeping arrangements: 2 queen beds and 1 king, all with cozy toppers, fresh linens, and plenty of pillows for a great night’s rest. There's a TV in both the king bedroom and the living room, plus cable and high-speed WiFi if you feel like staying connected (but we promise — the ocean will tempt you away).

Inside, you’ll find a clean, updated space that’s functional, stylish, and thoughtfully stocked for beach-goers and families alike — no clutter, just the essentials and comforts you really need. And yes, no stairs to climb and parking is right outside your door!

Truly steps from the beach. Everything needed was provided. Clean, safe, nicely decorated. Perfect for up to 4 people. Sleeps 6 but I think that would be tight for more than 4 adults. Beach was not crowded & lovely. Would 100% stay here again!

We are from Northern Minnesota at the tip of Lake Superior. We have 5 grown children & 4 grandchildren. We wanted to find a warm place to get away from the cold & snow of Minnesota winters. We visited Cocoa Beach & were hooked.

Why they chose this property

We love the fun, the sun, & the active energy of Cocoa Beach. We enjoy walking along the beach, viewing launches right out in front of the condo & watching the cruise ships leave the port. Plus, there are so many great restaurants, shopping & outdoor activities close by!

What makes this property unique

Our condo is close to everything Cocoa Beach has to offer.....especially the BEACH! Step out of the condo & you're right along the shore of the Atlantic Ocean! It's also walking distance to the Pier, Cape Canaveral & parks.
