The Lewes Summer Lodge is designed for comfortable living indoors and out. Our beautifully renovated home offers everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

As you enter the home, you'll be greeted by an open living area with comfortable seating and a large 65-inch flat-screen TV with premium cable and Netflix. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare family-style meals, including a full-sized oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and wine fridge. Multiple dining areas provide ample space for gathering. A second living room provides room to spread out with a 50-inch flat-screen TV, comfortable seating, and a pull-out couch for overflow sleeping and/or the little ones.

All three bedrooms are furnished with brand new Leesa memory foam mattresses and plush bedding, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day at the beach, shopping the outlets, or visiting local attractions. Two full bathrooms feature two showers/tubs and plenty of towels and toiletries for your use. The home includes a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience.

The Lewes Summer Lodge is situated on a sizeable 1/2 acre plot with a fully fenced in, private backyard, and mature garden for privacy. The property has a private patio with outdoor seating (perfect for seafood/crab cookouts) and a propane grill, as well a firepit for pleasant evenings under the stars with s'mores. Included on the property is an outdoor shower, and a two car garage fully stocked with beach chairs and outdoor toys. The home includes a screened-in porch perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and a summer breeze, or a calm evening listening to the summer rain.

The Lewes Summer Lodge is not just a rental, but it is also our home away from home. We are sure you will enjoy it as much as we do!

Quiet Location(Highly Recommend)

The home was great. Nice quiet neighborhood. The home was fully stocked with anything you would need. Not too far from the beach which was nice. Was great to come home from a busy day and catch a movie in the nice family room as well. The owner was very prompt when I had any questions. Would definately stay here again!

Great family trip to Lewes!

We had a wonderful trip to Lewes! Weather was a bit iffy, but we made the best of it! The house was perfect, nice fenced in back yard for the kids to play in. We enjoyed the sunroom and screened in porch! The home is just minutes from downtown Lewes beach, ferry and Cape Henlopen State Park. The beds were comfy, kitchen stocked with everything we needed and plenty of space for the entire family!

We want our guests to feel right at home, so we have equipped the house with linens, bath towels, and beach towels, as well as toiletries and beach chairs. You won't have to worry about bringing your own or renting them from elsewhere. We want you to focus on enjoying your stay and making memories with your loved ones.

The house sits on 1/2 acre and offers a large backyard with a dining table, patio, and grill, making it the perfect spot for outdoor entertaining or family meals. We love the space and privacy that our property offers, and we're confident that you will too.
