This house is amazing! Very comfortable gathering spaces and a well stocked kitchen for family meals. We loved the outdoor deck with it's gas outdoor fire place. The property is surrounded by beautiful trees that you wake up to. It was a magical stay for our family ski trip. We would definitely come back to stay at the Treetop Retreat!

AMAZING PROPERTY

This is an amazing property I recommend any family that enjoys being together to stay here. Even If it's just a few people the property is wonderful, Fire pits, sauna, entertainment, everything you could need or want is available for your use. The host is amazing and was so easy to communicate with.

This property is absolutely beautiful! Everything you need is provided, and it is only an approx 6-7 minute into the town of Ellicottville. The hosts at amazing and respond immediately with any concerns or questions. I recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful property!

Our stay at this VRBO property was truly exceptional, set against a breathtaking winter backdrop that made for a perfect getaway. The owners were outstanding communicators, providing us with all the necessary details well in advance, which made our arrival seamless and stress-free. The house itself is incredibly spacious, comfortably accommodating six adults and eight children. It was thoughtfully designed with ample room for everyone to spread out, yet still felt intimate and cozy. Beautifully decorated with its own special character and charm, the home had a welcoming and warm atmosphere that made us feel right at home from the moment we stepped inside. The large windows throughout the house were a highlight, offering stunning views of the snow-covered landscape, creating a true winter wonderland experience. We especially enjoyed the sauna, which was a fantastic feature and worked wonderfully. While the property does not have a hot tub, the Jacuzzi bathtub in the master bedroom was a delightful touch and offers a relaxing alternative. Although we couldn't get the fireplace in the master bedroom to work, the fireplace in the living room provided ample warmth, adding to the cozy ambiance of the home.Above all, the cleanliness of the property was impeccable, and everything was maintained to a high standard.
