This charming bungalow is situated on two very large lots and is pet friendly! The home is located in the heart of Bermuda Beach, only about 25 steps to the edge of the water – what a find. The home was recently renovated to two full baths – cozy and comfortable with 2 nice size bedrooms. Bring the whole family along. The entire home has Saltillo tile floors – cool, comfortable, and very beachy!

Upon entering, you will be greeted with vaulted ceilings in the living area that run the entire length of the home, with floor to ceiling windows allowing magnificent views and natural light to pour in. Sink into the plushy couch and catch up on your favorite show on the flatscreen TV. The cozy kitchen is fully equipped to whip up a beach picnic or a full course meal. Dine at the dining table or head outside and dine al fresco with the fresh salty breeze. Show off your grill master skills on the charcoal grill and serve up the fresh catch of the day.

Retreat to the bedrooms and snuggle in the fresh linens for sweet dreams. You will find the primary bedroom has a queen-bed, ceiling fan and access to a private bath with a step in shower and granite countertops. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The living area has an alcove at one end with a twin/full bunk and a full-size sleeper sofa. Total sleeping is for 9 guests. For additional space to get ready for the day a second full bathroom can be found down the hall and features a walk-in shower. No need to overpack on this vacation. A washer and dryer can be found in the unit to freshen any beach towels and clothes.

You will be in close proximity to many area attractions and delicious dining options. Float your cares away or take the plunge down one of the many waterslides at Schlitterbahn Waterpark. Learn about marine life and see tuxedo penguins up-close at the Moody Gardens Aquarium. Reel in that big catch of the Galveston Fishing Pier or rent a bicycle to explore the 10-mile seawall. You can even rent surfboards and book a beginner’s class at the pier. Head on over to Pleasure Pier and enjoy nostalgic thrill rides over the Gulf. Or, try your hand at old-fashioned midway games and take home a souvenir prize. Book a boat charter, dive headfirst into history at one of Galveston’s museums or pick up a souvenir at a local shop. You'll find dining along the way for everyone’s tastes from fresh seafood to Italian to casual American fare.

I had a wonderful Christmas get away at the Beachside Pearl. I was looking for a place where I could bring my pups, watch the waves, relax and unwind. This was the perfect spot. The neighborhood was great, very quiet and the beach access and gulf view were amazing. The cottage was very nice and comfortable. It was all I hoped it would be.

Never saw the host. Left a note on the desk. Outside deck lights do not work. 3 SMOKE DETECTORS in the place, only one mounted and working. Dryer did not work upon arrival and needed replacing. Shower drain did not work, maint. repaired. Hurricane shutters only partially worked. There was a tornado warning, and we wanted to secure the place. To no avail. We tried to leave it cleaner than it was upon arrival.

The view was great and the house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was small but adequate. The only thing I would warn future guests about is the "all fees included" info. When you check out there are lots of fees added at the end that are very high on this particular house.

We enjoyed our stay here and the house is in a great location for easy access and view of the beach. Our family had a great vacation! House was very clean. The area was patrolled by law enforcement routinely. We would definately stay there again! It was perfect for our small group! Just a little feedback for improvement:- The toilet in master bath stopped working the day of departure and needs looked at - garbage djsposal didn't work well - I would recommend replacing the white couch that has many stains.

Great Location!!

Small but nicely furnished, with everything we needed! This location is so close to the beach it's almost waterfront. Loved it. We did have problems with the door, but it was manageable. We have rented several houses in galveston but this the best location yet!

Relaxing Vacation

Our week here was just what we were looking for. From the moment we arrived we knew we were exactly where we wanted to be. The location was perfect. A view of the beach, the sound of the waves and a 300' walk to the beach. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle around the pier, but a very short drive when we wanted to be there or downtown. There was plenty of room for the four of us and we were provided everything we needed. looking forward to staying there again next year.

Love the location of the house to the private beach area with kids it was great. The view was great. Love we could have our pet with us. The only things I could say negative is there were ants everywhere and one of the shower wasn’t useable because it would not drain while using it. It would be great to have a lounge chair on deck if you could add that to your future list to purchase for home.

It was perfect!

The house was exactly as advertised and super clean. You just never know but always hope that the house is exactly what it says it is - in this case it is. Very easy to get to, gorgeous views of the water, quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to the beach. I brought my dog and the neighborhood was super pet friendly as is most of Galveston, which was icing on the cake. Super glad I found this place and will be back!

Everything in good condition except key lock on slider very hard to lock. Reported it. Could not open slider in East bedroom; TV in bedroom not connected to Xfinity.We would stay there again. Loved Galveston!!!

Location of house is great you are only a few steps from the beach.The size of the house is good for 6 people. Kitchen was well equipped with all appliances. Needs some work the tile in the master shower is falling apart I was afraid the glass door was gonna break because when you open the door it rubs on the broken tile. Cleaning service needs to do better there was hair in the shower the ceiling fans are dirty and the couch need to be cleaned.

The beach is very close and the property was clean. It served our purposes but it is quite far outside of the historic city on Galveston Island. It will take 30 minutes minimum to drive in. The walls are very thin so we were woken at 2am by other houses playing music even though all our windows were shut and the air conditioning on. They need to have a working wine opener and a working can opener. If you want to cook anything, you’d better bring every pan you might need. There are dishes but not many cooking pans.

Nice beach house, the property was mildly unkept, grass needed to be mowed, ants and a roach that the property immediately brought by bug killer. Limited supplies like paper towels/toilet paper. No iron that I could find. The master shower did not drain. Otherwise, it was super cute. Very close to the beach with good access. Lots of room. Decorated nicely

A few things need to be replaced like the barbeque. And a few things dont work well like blindes. Storm blindes. Etc. It was clean beds were nice. Very cute close enough to beach. Road coming in is partly sand. Tv didn't work the whole time off f4or 4 days. Xfinity is outdated. Otherwise it was nice.
