The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Close all window storm shutters. Upstair, down stair, and stairway. Closed all double doors, interactions provided in previous email. Failure to do these tasks, additional $75 fee added to your stay.
Clean BBQ pit and take out the trash
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Allow travelers to cancel reservation within 7 days of prior to checking to have full refund during Covid 19 duration.

Gorgeous views, easy check in, literally everything we needed and the property was even more perfect than pictured. Everything was clean and we loved the location. The videos explaining the storm shutters were super helpful. We will be back.

Great Second Stay

Second time staying at this property and would do it again! Pictures don't do it justice - bathrooms and bedrooms have been updated. Great location right on the beach and the fireplace was great to have at night after being in the ocean all day

The location & size of this property was perfect for my family. It was listed as having a community pool put it doesn’t open until May. It needs a good cleaning. We bought cleaning supplies to use for our stay. The furniture is old & not comfortable.

Quiet, relaxing and stunning views

This was just the house we needed for a relaxing get away with friends. The location is prime with a short walk to the beach. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets, quiet neighbors and we even saw a rabbit chilling by the dune grasses yesterday! The house is very clean and we slept very well, loved our master bath with modern shower. Host Don was easy to communicate with and very informative, looking forward to staying here again!

Great place great view inside and out . Big and relaxing

This property had 2 king size beds and 1 queen. They were good and comfortable. The views were beautiful. I would recommend and we will be back. We rent every year and this was a great one. No problem so we didn't have to contact anyone.

Ocean Front Beach House Is Awesome!

This property has it all - great house with great views, perfect location, and access to the beach. We stayed for a week and wished that we could have stayed longer. Plenty of kitchen utensils if you want to cook in, or, some pretty good restaurants close by - West End Marina, Nate's, Coopers Landing. We at at all of them and would readily go back to all three. The beach was awesome - right in front of the property it gets a little congested, but walk either East or West and it feels like you have the whole beach to yourself. No complaints about the property nor the location.

Great location but needs some improvement

We enjoyed the location of the home and the views. The stocked items were not available as listed and owner did not respond to our emails. Home needed a deep cleaning around ceiling fans and vents. Our bathroom towels were folded damp and needed to be put back in dryer before use.

The beach house was fabulous. Spacious and well decorated. The loft was a bonus with beautiful views of Galveston Bay. We had a wonderful family reunion in this house and swimming in the bay.

The house was awesome. The bathrooms have been updated from the pictures on the site. We just enjoyed the beach and relaxing at the house. I would say the only down side was at night and late afternoon we had to close the shutters so people wouldn't see into the house and also help with the sun beating down in the living room. But other than that it was lovely stay and we would rent the house again.

Check in went well. Very easy to get in. The kitchen has PLENTY of silverware. However, if you plan on spending any time at the beach and want to pack a picnic, please bring your own food baggies and Tupperware. The beds were comfy. Air conditioner worked well. Also, bring your own wash cloths, shampoo and conditioner along with body wash.
