This vacation rental is as secure as it comes and couldn`t be located any closer to where all the action is. The property is located on the northwest corner of Indian School Road & Drinkwater Road - walking distance to anything and everything.
All guests will have access to the following areas: the entire loft, private gym, pool area (pool lounge & jacuzzi), underground private parking (ONLY 1 parking spot available) as well as free guest parking located anywhere along 3rd Avenue.

The vacation rental is located on Indian School Road & Drinkwater, less than 1 mile due East of Scottsdale Road. You are within walking distance to the following: Scottsdale Entertainment District (Bottled Blonde, El Hefe, HiFi, Riot House, Dakota, The Mint, The W, District, Maya Day & Night Club, Casa Amigos, Sky Lanes and much more), The Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, Camelback Mountain, Old Town Scottsdale`s Shopping District, Scottsdale Stadium (Home of the San Francisco Giants MLB) and so much more.
* Here in Old Town Scottsdale the streets couldn`t be any safer. Not only are you within walking distance to all the bars, restaurants, shopping malls and entertainment centers but you`re no more than a 10 minute Uber or Lyft ride to anywhere given your central location.
* In order to gain access to the private underground parking there will be a one-time fee of $25 for a parking permit.
* Please be advised that there is a 25 pound weight limit that is strongly enforced by the HOA for any and all pets. There will be an additional Pet Fee of $150. Pricing can be negotiated based on size, age and training of animal. All guests will be liable, responsible and held accountable for any pet accidents throughout the home (i.e. Urine or poop stains, chewed up furniture, damaged property or missing items).

The property manager was excellent. All of our requests were immediately taken care of.
Suitable for one to two people because only one queen bed in the unit.
The pool and hot tub were extremely clean and well maintained. The receptionist in the lobby went out of her way for us.
My husband had difficulty navigating the TV and the WiFi was not 100%.
Honestly the unit needs a lighter colour walls and an update.
We really appreciated the host letting us check in early. Everything was clean. Beds were comfortable. Could have used more blankets as it was cold and we couldn't figure out how to turn the heater on. Found some blankets the second night in the living room ottoman. There were plenty of bath towels and dishes and utensils in the kitchen. Everything we needed for our family Thanksgiving. Overall a nice stay.
This past month I had the pleasure of staying at this well appointed home with my family. The house was very clean and with many extras.
This house is a few blocks from Eldorado Park, and a short drive to Old Town. There are so many places to hike and or sightsee. Such as Camelback Mountain (a VERY tough climb, BUT well worth it once you hike to the summit), Hole in The Rock Park.
I was very pleased with the size of the bedrooms as they provided ample space for my family. The pictures posted in the listing are true and accurate.
I was super pleased to see that the pool was heated because there were a couple of chilly days which is pretty unusual for Scottsdale during the time that I stayed there.
Having a washer and dryer was a bonus as well since my stay was for two weeks and I was able to go home with clean laundry.
One issue we had was with the non-stick pots and pans. Apparently previous rentors used metal utensils on them and destroyed them. They need to be replaced for future rentors. Mr. Kenny was advised of this issue.
Any communications needed, Mr. Kenny would respond immediately.
I would recommend this place to future occupants.
We chose this property for me & 8 of my closest ladies to stay for my bachelorette weekend. We booked about 8 months in advance & Brian was very responsive with any questions we had! The house had everything we needed & more. Beds were very clean & comfortable & it was just a short drive to downtown Scottsdale. I have NO complaints! 10/10 recommend!

Worn out and Disappointing
This listing on VRBO is outdated and inaccurate. The property is worn out and shabby. New linens and kitchen items were delivered on our second day of our month long visit. But little else could be done to make this into the property we thought we were renting.
We were the first long term renters with kids and grandkids. This place is more suited for its typically weekend party goers rather than for a family for a month’s vacation.

It appears that there might have been some miscommunication during your stay. We as the property management company were under the impression that the $1,000 care package which was hand delivered to you the day after your check-in was well received. Our goal was only to provide you with more adequate, comfortable and accommodating items during the course of your extended stay (as we specialize in short-term stays).
As you stated, the property is better suited for short-term rental guests, not extended stays - and that was the exact intention when our clients first purchased. The owners have terrific plans set in place for this rental property and we as property managers look forward to executing their future vision. Unfortunately with the cost of labor, timber, supplies, materials and the supply chain shortage their remodel got put on hold due to the repercussions of COVID. I know Brian, our Property Manager shared that insight with you in-person and at the time it appeared as though you were very understanding.
We understand you have run a bed and breakfast for numerous years however, please understand that AirBnB/VRBO is a completely different business model. As a short-term property management company we pride ourselves in our efforts to accommodate all of our guests and address ANY issues that comes up in a punctual, professional and timely manner. We sincerely apologize that the rental property did not live up to your bed & breakfast expectations but to receive a 1-star review after we waited on your group hand and foot feels borderline malicious and unwarranted - especially after all of our 5-star reviews on both of our booking platforms.
Again, we greatly appreciate your response and feedback regarding your stay, we only wish you didn’t wait until the night before your day of checkout to voice your concerns. Nonetheless, you were a guest in one of our properties and we will continue to hold you in our highest regards.

This location is convenient and within walking distance to shopping, groceries, restaurants, and Old Towne.
The townhouse was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Loved the big pool and area!
The carpet has been replaced and is darker than the pictures show which made the living room seem a bit dim, but wouldn't stop us from staying again! Definitely would recommend.
Great location - close to airport, walking distances to grocery stores and Old Town where there are numerous great dining establishments, shopping. Unit was comfortable, quiet, kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Overall, a great vacation.

The property manager was so easy to work with and responded quickly to my numerous questions :) The House has been beautifully decorated, beds are comfortable and the pool was our favorite thing. There is plenty of space too for everyone to spread out. It’s also centrally located and close to everything. If there was one suggestion we have it’s to provide wash clothes but that is so minor. You will live this home!!
Property is very neat and well kept. The furnishings were modern and elegant. All the necessary amenities were included and well stocked. Backyard and pool area was very nice. Property owner/manager(s) were very friendly, easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. Would definitely rent this property again.
Townhouse was a short drive from everything we needed in Scottsdale. Set up was ideal for two couples. We so enjoyed the back patio! Thanks for everything.
Great location, easy check in and out. Close to shopping, etc. Wish pool.was heated could not use because water temp was about 60 and it was 85 outside. Other than that, Brian was quick to respond to any need or question.
