A truly unique home for an amazing time with the whole family. Featuring a very private backyard with Fire pit and fire table to relax after your happening day. The new Somerset water park and playground is steps away. The close proximity to the metro (C-Train) connects you to the whole city .
The suite provides:
- Spacious 2 bedrooms with lots of natural light
- In suite washer dryer
- Full stocked kitchen with appliances
Feel the comfort of home while basking in the beautiful Calgary life
The space
Two spacious bedrooms with large windows open to the green space is quite relaxing.
The kitchen is filled with most appliances, including stoves, coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc.
The full size fridge and some complementary foods and drinks will welcome you.
The full laundry is available to clean your clothes as you need.
Enjoy the TV with Roku and the variety of programs.
A fireplace on the patio and a wood fireplace on the lawn let you relax and enjoy. There’s also an electric fireplace in the living room as well for your comfort.
NB: There is a family with small children living upstairs. While some inconvenience may be caused with the noise, quiet time (10 PM to 7:30 AM) will be followed.

Southwest Calgary suite
Suite was clean and cozy. Beds were comfortable, kitchen supplies were good. One complaint is the futon in the living room - it was in very poor shape and uncomfortable. Didn't hear any noise from the family upstairs - maybe they weren't home?
