Large family room open to kitchen area on the main level with Shuffle Board table. Upstairs loft offers a pool table & ping pong and pub table for hanging out. Lower level is great for playing games etc. This lower level family/game room can be closed off from the main door on the main level. All custom designer Interiors, venetian plaster walls, wood floors, chef's dream kitchen, Subzero, Viking stainless steel appliances with warming drawer! Huge custom wood center island for preparing the largest meals, pot filler, granite counter tops, beautiful dishes, flatware, stemware etc. Seating for 14 in the kitchen/breakfast bar. My family chose to build this beautiful custom log home in Brian Head, Utah because of the prestine beauty that the Utah mountains has to offer. It's an easy three hour drive from Las Vegas and a great getaway from the 'hustle & bustle' of the city life! There are year around activities & great quality family time! You can actually drink the clean fresh water right from the faucet!

Brian Head offers year around activities including; mountain biking, ATV's, hiking, fishing, mountain climbing, downhill snow skiing, cross country skiing, snow mobile, sledding, tubing, beautiful views and total relaxation in this custom mountain retreat. Shakespeare plays are 30 min away in Cedar City throughout the summer. Great quiet romantic getaway for two or bring twenty!

This one of a kind LUXURY LOG HOME offers three separate areas for entertaining. This home has a chef's dream kitchen to prepare large meals for your family/group with a HUGE island that provides enough space to prepare for even the largest group. We have provided everything that you will need. You can dine inside with seats up to 14 or outside on the wrap around deck that overlooks the beautiful mountains! The kitchen is open to the main family room so everyone can enjoy being together. Upstairs there is a game room with a pool table, ping pong, dart board and pub table. Downstairs there is another family room for anyone who wants to have a little down time and just watch movies or play games.
