The property was exactly as described and was perfect for hosting my family. The location was convenient, and we appreciated all of the amenities provided in the condo. The location was great for access to the pool. The only very slight disappointment we had was the distance to the beach club and shuttle only ran a few times throughout the day. But overall did not impact our stay at all. Rich Coast was extremely helpful and communicative and I would absolutely rent from them in the future!!

Amazing stay, great location!

I stayed here with three others, and we had the best time. The location is very safe and secure, and surrounded by so many restaurants and only a 15 minute walk from the beach. If you’re looking for a place to stay,that’s clean, comfortable, and surrounded by everything you could need, this is your place!! The staff is also extremely responsive and helped us with anything we needed— which made the stay even better knowing we had people to connect with in case any questions/concerns came up. 10/10 recommend!

Awesome condo in a perfect location!

This three-bedroom condo was absolutely perfect for our family trip to Costa Rica. It was well-kept, comfortably furnished with nice decorations, the kitchen was modern and well-stocked (loved having an icemaker), and it had a lovely deck for breakfast and reading. The property was also fantastic - felt very safe, was quiet and well landscaped. The pools were awesome, and you can easily walk into town for meals. There was a nice grocery story just a 5 minute walk and the beach was easy to get to (10 minute walk or very short drive). We will definitely be back!
