Tastefully decorated, cozy, three bedroom fully equipped cottage in Spring Lake.

Enjoy your vacation at K's cozy cottage in Spring Lake, just minutes from downtown Grand Haven and Lake Michigan. Our rentals are strictly booked on this site (VRBO) please do not ask to book with the owner directly.
Our cottage offers, 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, a cozy living room with a 50 inch flat screen TV, a dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer are available for your use. Enjoy sitting on the back patio while grilling. In the backyard we have a fire pit, a shed equipped with bikes, beach amenities and backyard games. There is a Bike path to the North shore beach (about a mile down the road) across the street which provides a beautiful scenic view to a gorgeous beach. The beach offers a covered pavilion and children’s play scape. Down our street about a block is our local grocery store Leppink’s. Within a 2 mile drive the beautiful town of Grand Haven, awaits you! Local Restaurants, beaches, boating, fishing, shopping, the Grand Haven Pier, and the musical fountain will make your vacation oh so memorable!!

Nice place to stay near Grand Haven

Clean comfortable beds, clean house, close proximity to Downtown and other restaurants. Overall great place to stay near Grand Haven. Would stay here again.

This house was exactly as described, less that two miles from a great beach and 10 mins from downtown Grand Haven. Well equipped both inside and out. On top of a nice little house with three beds, they provided bikes, beach toys, bikes, and yard games. It was great for our family of 5 (45, 44, 16, 13, and 7). Only con is it is on a somewhat busy street, which makes backing out of the drive a touch difficult. That said, the location is not super loud or distracting. Would stay again!

One of the best.

We have stayed in a few short-term rentals before and this is one of the best. The owner has given attention to small details that welcome the visitor and contribute to a pleasant stay. We lacked for nothing and completely enjoyed our time there. The location is close to local attractions while still providing a private environment. Thank you, Kim! We would love to return!

Michigan family trip with young adult kids

We enjoyed our stay. The house was cute and comfortable. It was well stocked with towels, kitchen items, items for the beach etc. North Beach was under 2 miles from the house. There is a paved trail across the street that goes to the beach and past a couple parks. Nice for walking, running, biking. There was a local grocery a couple blocks away. Restaurants, coffee shops, gift shops, bars etc were within 10 min drive from the house. If you like to walk to shops, restaurants, there isn’t much within a mile of house, though. Neighborhood was quiet. The host was quick to respond and gave some suggestions for the area. Overall, nice stay.
