About this property

The villa in Provencal style is situated in a quiet, south slope location, about 1 km away from the swimming bay Bonporteau, with direct view to the sea. The garden is planted in a Mediterranean way, parking-place is available on the property. The swimming pool with a size of 4.5 x 7 m is heated in spring time and automn, surrounded by a sunbathing terrace with garden furniture.
There are 2 storeys with 130 qm. The upper floor has a size of 90 qm, all rooms are airconditioned, comfortable for 4 people. It features 1 cosy living room with fireplace, seating area, dining corner, terracotta floors, visible frames and electronic heating, a completely equipped kitchen and two bedrooms with modern bathrooms and a separate toilet. The roofed-over terrace also has a dining corner. On the ground floor there is a studio (approx. 40 m qm for 2 people with kitchenette, bathroom, shower and toilet. It is only leaseable in addition to the upper floor.

Heated swimming pool with sea view: During spring time and automn the pool is heated.
The large pool terrace of approx. 80 m² with sunshade and divan beds offers best conditions for a recreative and unforgettable holiday at the Cote d’Azur and a constant sea view included.

Entspannt und angenehm

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche. Die Kommunikation war tiptop. Das Internet hackte mal ein bisschen, sofort hatte man sich darum gekümmert. Man hat einen wundervollen Blick, befindet sich in einem sehr schönen Viertel und ist trotzdem ruck zuck im Ort oder am Strand. Parfait!

Für einen gelungenen Familienurlaub bestens geeignet

Wir waren mit 4 Kindern und 2 Erwachsenen 2 Wochen im Haus und haben jede Minute genossen, der Pool ist angenehm temperiert, das Studio für die beiden Fast-Teenager bestens geeignet und das Haus sehr schön, Ausblick herrlich, Strand und Supermärkte nicht weit weg, a perfect stay for families

Super toll

Haus und Garten sowie Pool sehr schön und gut gelegen. Es ist gut möglich, zur Stadt oder Bucht zu laufen. Die Bucht ist fantastisch.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben diese Ferienwohnung für 10 Tage angemietet und sind sehr zufrieden. Es fehlt an nichts und auch die Vermieter sind sehr bemüht und super freundlich. Das Wetter hat in diesem Jahr leider nicht so mitgespielt, aber dafür kann ja der Vermieter nichts. Es gibt genug Ausflugsziele - auch bei schlechtem Wetter -. Wir können diese FW guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.
