This condo was absolutely perfect. It was clean, modern, and comfortable. The view was stunning and it was only a minute walk from the ski slope. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Best experience yet!

We’ve stayed at different rentals all over the country and to date this has been the best one hands down. It is super clean, has all the comforts of home, is super convenient and even has very comfortable beds. We will definitely be back!

Lovely

It was a wonderful stay! The host was quick to answer any questions. This is located on the green slope, so getting out to ski was very easy. The condo was clean with cute decorations. I would recommend this location and stay here again!

Outstanding condo and owner

My family stayed in this Sugar Mountain condo over the July 4th week/weekend. The condo has been updated and the space is both very comfortable/cozy as well functional and efficient. Communication with the property owner was outstanding…highly recommend renting from them! We will definitely be back!

Great condo for skiing at Sugar

This condo is perfect for families looking to teach kids to ski. You can walk to the slopes, and it is a short ski to the beginner lift (and you can get to other lifts from there). Interior is updated and the hosts were great communicators during our entire stay. We definitely recommend this condo for anyone looking to ski at sugar.

We'll be back!

We came to enjoy a few days of first time skiing for our youngest boys, while on spring break. The condo was very clean & stocked with every comfort of home a family of 5 could need. Spectacular view of the slope! So very warm & charming. Ryan & Katharin were fantastic hosts, very attentive to us before & during our stay. Great local restaurants; I'd highly recommend Puerto Nuevo & Sorrento's Italian Bistro for Italian! The view is unbelievable. It's difficult to decide which view was my favorite; watching the ski patrol checking the slopes through the in morning while we ate breakfast or watching my husband & sons from the porch during the night skiing session. I guess it's a tie!

The condo was perfect! So well done. Fully furnished with everything you need, aesthetically pleasing, close to everything in the Sugar/Beech/Banner Elk. The host was fabulous, reached out regularly and even allowed us to check out late! We will be back! If you are considering booking, I highly recommend!

This is a lovely place right next to the ski slope. The deck space is especially nice with the porch swing and 4 person bar table overlooking the slope. The stream was a nice surprise and that relaxing sound of its flowing water could be heard from the deck. We hiked the slope each day and were able to watch some mountain biking on our last day. The interior of the condo is spacious, clean and comfortable. We especially like the blonde wood trim throughout. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable with a nicely firm mattress. Exactly the way we like it. The decor inside is cozy and modest. Not overly done and no clutter. I’m sure this place is beautiful in the Winter. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect getaway in a gorgeous mountain condo.

Great location to enjoy everything at Sugar Mountain and Banner Elk. The mountain is literally in the backyard, so if you want to go skiing in the winter or hiking during the other seasons, it is very convenient!The place was really clean and has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It appears newly remodeled with a cute deck with sitting and a swing. We plan on coming back!
