This unit was very well equipped! Just wished that they told us that it was right across the street from Clear Sky which had music, karaoke, etc every night until 10.
The place is just as cute in person as it was in the pictures. Convenient location. Nice and clean. And they provide all the amenities that you might need. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in the Dunedin area. Thanks Beverly… Bill
House had everything I needed and more. Location is on main street so a lot of traffic but nothing concerning. Would come back to stay. 100% recommended.
This cottage was absolutely adorable! Immaculately clean. Very well stocked kitchen and coffee bar. I’m thankful they have a fan to help block out the music from across the street and road noise. I’m also thankful I brought my own fan to further help block out the noise at night. Will definitely stay here again. Great location!
My husband and I had a lovely time in Dunedin and this bungalow was so perfect. It was well decorated and homey and updated througout and stocked with everthing!
Fantastic Stay! The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of downtown Dunedin! We loved being able to walk to so many great restaurants, breweries, and shops. It’s just off Skinner Blvd, so while there can be a bit of street noise, the provided sound machine helped (though we barely needed it).If you’re a light sleeper or plan on sleeping in, just keep that in mind—but honestly, with so many gorgeous beaches within a 30-minute drive, you’ll want to be up and out exploring anyway! The place had everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen for nights we felt like cooking. It truly felt like a home away from home.Highly recommend, and we’d absolutely stay here again. A perfect little getaway spot for a couple!
My wife and I decided to get away for a few days and selected this property. The communication with the property manager was very quick and appreciated when we had a question. House was perfect for us, close to downtown and the Pinellas trail. Would book it again for sure if we get up that way again!

Hi Jeff thanks for the stay and the review! Hope to host you again.
I loved this cottage so much and all the little extras, such as cream and coffee, plus more. It is a fantastic area within walking distance to Main Street.
