Private summer oasis! Set on two private acres with spectacular marsh views and a partial bay view, this home offers a true Cape Cod experience. After a day at the beach, play volleyball or bocce ball in the yard and relax and enjoy the stunning bay view sunsets from either the second floor deck, screened porch, and brick patio.

This classic Cape home offers three bedrooms: one second floor king with bay views and direct access to a deck, three twins with views of the back yard and bay, and one queen with an adjacent half bath. There is 1 full bath 2 half baths, plus an outdoor shower. Enjoy the charm of a classic Cape home with upgrades such as refinished hardwood floors, central air conditioning, cable/wifi, and washer/dryer.

The location is a ten-minute scenic, wooded walk through Wing's Island nature trails to a quiet sandy beach nestled between Quivett Creek and Paine’s Creek. It is convenient to the Cape Cod bike trail, freshwater ponds, other Brewster beaches, shops, and restaurants. Guests are welcome to use bikes and beach chairs. Come and make yourself at home!

This is a totally lovely house with stupendous grounds; the week there went too quickly and was fully enjoyed by three generations in our family. Spacious, comfortable indoors, welcoming screened-in porch, meals outside, frisbee and all manner of games on the huge lawn, with minutes stolen to take in the view of salt marsh and bay. All that plus access to the path to the bay!

Perfect Cape Getaway

My family greatly enjoyed our second stay at this house. We took daily walks to Wing Island. We love the location to bay side beaches and the quaintness of Brewster. My girls ages 6, 8, 10 loved just playing in the yard. It is really the best part we will certainly be back again. The house has everything we needed for a comfortable week away.

Great Cape vacation house

We (4 adults, 3 children) stayed here for a week and had a great time! The house was clean and comfortable, and nicely appointed, with a huge front yard and backyard. The air conditioning units were quiet and very effective. My sons and I would walk the Wings Island trail each morning to the beach, which was a great start to the day. Lindaey is a great host. We would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay at Wes and Lindsey's home for the second year in a row. We specifically chose to stay here again for so many reasons: host is gracious and responsive, home is clean and comfortable with great amenities and a large backyard. The location is perfect to walk to Wing Island, beaches, and Drummer Boy Park. Being on mid-coast Cape makes it easy to get to other neighboring towns. We definitely recommend this property and host Lindsey for your Cape Cod stay!

Very nice property. Has a path through the marsh to the dunes and beach. Backyard is long enough to try hitting your 5 iron, with a very tiny “putting green” at the far end. My only nit is that the shower in the second bath is somewhat inconvenient. But there is a great outside shower.

We enjoyed our month at this older well-appointed Cape-style home. It was very comfortable for my wife and me, and reasonably comfortable when our family visited (4 additional guests at a time). The proximity to Drummer Boy Park and the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History was a plus, but the Route 6A traffic noise was disturbing at times. Nearby hiking trails to the beach and the outdoor living/recreational area was a big plus. The owner was very responsive to any requests that we had.

July 4th week stay

I would highly recommended staying here. The location is central to the beach, shops and park, yet feels secluded. The house is kept immaculately, and is stocked with everything you could possibly need (seriously). We only needed to do a quick food shop while there. We enjoyed the backyard views from the balcony immensely, and spent a great deal of time on the screened in porch and super comfortable living room. My only comment is that it does get a bit buggy being near the marsh, but Lindsey provides you with bug spray and citronella candles, which we made good use of. Lindsey was also very responsive to my questions and check in and check out were a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

Great House

If you are looking for a clean, well kept house with all the amenities this is for you. Plus the view is spectacular. The beach was only a short walk away and when you were there if felt like you had your own private beach. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our week stay at this house and hope to return next year. Wonderful Property

We’ve been coming to Brewster for many years and this is the best property we’ve stayed at. The house had everything we needed and it was all clean and very well organized. The house feels just like a home. The kitchen was well stocked and the air conditioning in the bedrooms was wonderful on a couple of warmer evenings. Sunsets over the marsh were lovely. We primarily walked with our wagon or drove to Paine’s Creek. The Wing Island trail is great, but we found it more challenging to get out there with beach gear with toddlers. It would be great with slightly older kids who are more self sufficient. We definitely wouldn’t hesitate to rebook this wonderful property again.

Magical week in Brewster

We had such a magical week at this home in Brewster! We had grandparents and our 3 young daughters with us for our stay. The girls loved walking to Drummer Boy Park, walking to Wing Island and running around the huge yard. We were so close to many kid-friendly beaches. We checked out Paine's Creek, Mants Landing, Breakwater and Skaket. We had everything we could have possibly needed for our stay. The outdoor shower was heavenly as was the night-time stargazing. We will definitely book again!

Lovely property!

We had a wonderful family vacation, (my husband and I plus our three adult children). The property is set on a beautiful landscape with the Brewster marshes and Cape Cod bay as a backdrop. The house is bright and charming and has extra conveniences which include beach chairs, towels, and yard games. The porch, deck and patio were a lovely place to chill after a day at the beach. Early summer vacation on the Cape

Wonderful stay and experience on the Cape! Lindsey is a great responsive host. The home is located within walking distance to a very private beach on Wing Island, the Brewster Flats were quite enjoyable at low tide. Drummer Boy Park hosts many events that were an added treat during our stay. Mid-Cape Brewster was the perfect location for day trips to neighboring towns, and lots of great restaurants and shops. The home has beautiful views, a nice screened porch, patio, deck, and a large backyard which was excellent for (the supplied) yard games. We would certainly want to stay at this property again when vacationing on Cape Cod!

Terrific Views of Cape Cod Bay

It’s only fair I share how amazing our stay at Lindsey’s Cape home was...though I would like to keep it a secret. But Lindsey and her family have created a space so beautiful, inviting, cozy, and contemporary that it is only fair I post the truth. I’ve been coming to the cape for 40 years, and I believe Lindsey has hit the perfect blend. A home that feels warm, and inviting and “capey” yet impeccably clean with all modern conveniences. The beautiful natural setting with both great bird and star gazing! Beautiful views of the Wing Island Marshes and Cape Cod Bay from the house and master bedrooms. Absolutely heaven

Brought my daughter and friends for a 16th birthday celebration. Lindsey’s home was amazing. A perfect location, on beautiful marsh and brewster flats. We love paines creek and although parking would be a challenge during the summer we got in to a space each time. Hiking at Nickerson park , walks on the marsh and beach. The upstairs deck I could have spent the whole day on with such a beautiful view! The amenities abound , everything you could possibly want , all the basics, pump soap ever sink and shampoo in outdoor shower. Shall I go on... 😊thanks for having such a gorgeous, clean, amazing home to share!!

We are a young couple who grew up going to the Cape, and Brewster in particular, each year. We love coming to the house to host family gatherings, relax on the beach, and make memories with our young children.

Why they chose this property

This home has been in the family for years. It was the place where family would gather from across the state and country to spend time together each summer and enjoy all that the lower Cape has to offer. We recently purchased the home from a family member and have spent this past year renovating each room to reflect the charm of a classic Cape home with all of the modern amenities one would want: wifi, smart TV, central AC, bikes and endless games to keep both young and young-at-heart busy!

We are so excited to keep this beautiful property in the family and let others experience what we so love. Enjoy all that Brewster has to offer: warm sandy beaches, famous mile long flats, shops, restaurants, and wonderful local beaches. Multiple golf courses and tennis courts within minutes drive. *Ask us about our favorite local spots!

What makes this property unique

This quiet home features an expansive backyard with views of the marsh and bay. What we enjoy the most is taking a scenic stroll through the marsh to enjoy the beautiful beach between Paine's Creek and Quivett Creek. The walking path is one of Brewster's best kept secrets. This short walk brings you to a quiet, private-feeling beach with warm water, views across the bay to Provincetown, and expansive flats at low tide. The creek is the perfect place to float in the calm water, look for wildlife, and collect sea glass. A minute's drive brings you to Paine's Creek beach, which is an ideal spot to bring kayaks and explore the bay and marsh.

A quick drive brings you to Dennis, Orleans, and Chatham. Or stay in town to enjoy all of the charming shops, restaurants, and galleries that make Brewster so special.
