Our vacation villa is nestled up against a conservation area with mature trees which provides for PRIVACY when relaxing on the lounge chairs by the HEATED POOL(optional). Just get lost in the sound of the wind in the trees and the birds singing. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the GOLF COURSE viewed from the front of the house. This home is 1660 square feet and has a screened in patio/pool area and a 2 CAR GARAGE. KITCHEN has everything you need. There is a master bedroom with a KING SIZE BED and it's own bathroom; second bedroom with a FULL SIZE BED; and a third bedroom with 2 TWIN BEDS. There is another full bathroom. All bedrooms and living room have VERIZON FIOS. Other amenities include DVD/VCR, STEREO, video, books, Wi Fi INTERNET, TELEPHONE, WASHER/DRYER, iron, ironing board, hairdryers, towels, crib, high chair, toys for pool. This home is perfect for seniors, families, business travelers, golfers, snowbirds, etc. It's the perfect place to enjoy your Florida vacation.

We loved our stay! Even in the cold weather (it got down to 39 degrees F), the pool was warm enough for the kids to enjoy. Charming, clean and spacious but there’s a few things that are outdated and a bit run down (ex: guest bathroom sink is a bit rusty & pool door alarm system was taped on and falling off). Many blankets and towels are provided. I would recommend staying here. I would love to come back.

Home away from home

We loved staying in this villa. We were on a 2-week holiday with my parents and our son. The villa was exactly as advertised and in a great location for getting to the Disney parks and Universal parks. It was clean, had everything we needed and Jacqueline was lovely and very responsive to any queries. We so enjoyed our time at the villa and would love to come back and stay again for our next Florida holiday

Amazing family holiday

What a lovely Villa owned by a lovely person, We have just returned from an amazing memory making family holiday in Orlando, Florida, this is all you need for a family holiday.Situated on a lovely clean estate around 25 minutes to Disney and 45 minutes to Universal Studios parks. The Villa is very comfortable, although the property is due a upgrade from a decoration point of view and some small repairs here and there it has everything you would need during your stay very clean great kitchen facilities and laundry facilities beds are extremely comfortable in the master bedroom. Things like TVs need updating as was hard to find channels in the evening that weren’t for children but that is not really a big deal as you spend most of your time out at the park. We would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend friends and family.

Dear Kathy, Thanks for your review. I'm not sure why you were only able to find children's channels. I have Frontier cable that costs me almost $270/month with over100 channels with all kinds of programming. Also, Disney only takes about 20 minutes and Universal maybe 25-30 minutes depending on traffic. If you are traveling on extremely busy days, it might take longer. But I am glad you enjoyed your stay. Thanks!

Thanks for your review. I have a pool company that comes once/week to clean the pool. The lanai gets a good pressure washing and cleaning twice a year. The people that clean the vacation homes on a regular basis only focus on the interior.

Florida was unusually cold in January. I have new plumbing that runs through the attic. There was hot water, it just needed an extra moment to circulate through the pipes since it was so cold. I can't control the weather. I had a new HVAC system installed in December so there was heat. The AC or the heat would come on as necessary to maintain the temperature. I did communicate with the guest, but like I said, I can't control the weather.

Band trip to Disney

We as a group went to watch our daughter perform with the high school band at Disney. The drive there was easy and very close. Also close drive to Main Street with plenty of restaurants and things to do. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The pool very clean and nicely heated. Some things could use updating which would be easy to do, but didn’t affect our stay at all. We used the tennis court one day as well there. Very nice time!

The neighborhood and location was great. The house was cute but had some issues. Tube TVs in bedrooms, one in kids room didn’t work. I messaged owner who told me it always works, but it did not and I did follow her trouble shooting suggestions, plus my own tech knowledge. King bed was adequate, master bedroom shower flooded floor at each shower, gooey black stuff got all over towels from the edges of the floor when I soaked up the water, dishwasher door wouldn’t stay up unless dishwasher was running, thermostat was locked at 75 and was not able to be adjusted, one of the vertical blinds was broken and kept falling off the track. Besides that it was okay. Living room TV was a modern TV that worked, the pool was nice. I dipped a snake out on day 2. But it is Florida, lol. The house smelled good and the kitchen was clean. There were fans, so they helped, but it was too hot trying to sleep. There were no check out instructions, so I washed all the towels and put everything away. I hope that was what was expected.

The house was nice but the ac was too high for that kind of weather you couldn’t get access to the wifi most of the channels on the tvs were blocked out the tvs need and up grade the beds you couldn’t sleep on the blankets that was on it you had to take them off a fold them and put them in the closet the host did not reply to you when you text her she will leave you on read and will not answer your questions that you needed answered

I appreciate your review. The AC is set at 75 degrees because if it is set too low, it can freeze up. It's at a comfortable temp to satisfy most people because some don't want it too cold either. Higher energy costs can also raise rental rates. I was never notified about any issues with the wifi. The following guests notified me that the password for the wifi was not working. I discovered that someone took the posted password and they were only seeing the old password. The cable service is with Frontier and there are over 100 channels so I'm not sure what channels were being blocked. I am very good at replying to guest's questions and concerns. I never received any text messages. We were messaging back and forth on the VRBO site online. I had answered all the questions prior to their arrival. I had sent her a booking form but she couldn't find it, but it turned up in her spam email. I admit I did fail to answer her last question which was if she could arrive anytime after 4:00. I am sorry about that. It was a 3-day stay and I did not hear anything from them during their stay so I figured all was well.

Nice stay with some hickups

The house is totally okay. We would like to rent it again. The furniture in the bathroom should be renovated. The dishwasher was leaking foam through the seal sometimes. We wiped it up and it wasn't a big problem. The control unit of the air condition has been locked so we couldn't turn on the heat over night when the temperatures are dropping into the forties which made the stay a little bit inconvenient. If you pay for the pool heat you'll have to make sure that the water is at a high level. Otherwise the pool heat will not work. The pool company isn't doing this job.

Needs some love!

The interior needs to be updated (1990 decor). The living room furniture is finished. The beds are all due to be replaced. In general, a deep clean is in order; a lot of dust on the window valences, walls and silk plants. The appliances were all very good. The pool area was great. It was nice to be able to use the garage. Towels and linens were clean and fresh. Attention to the little things; only 2 teaspoons, cutting knives were dull, kettle didn't work. The weather was unusually cold when we were there and went down to 40F at night. We had no control over the thermostat. It was set to cool 75F and was locked so we had no heat. Despite mentionning how cold it was to the host, no immediate action was taken until the last few days of our 3 week stay. We are easy going people but this a bit of a disappointment.

Im Gegensatz von vor zwei Jahren funktioniert jetzt die Heizung. Die Temperatur könnte aber ruhig ein, zwei Grad Celsius höher sein. An der Einrichtung und Ausstattung hat sich nichts geändert. Die elektrischen Geräte in der Küche, Töpfe und Pfannen sowie die Sofas im Wohnzimmer könnten mal erneuert werden.
