We had a wonderful stay at this villa. It was definitely worth the price. The villa was beautiful and comfortable, and the swimming pool was excellent. The location was also perfect—supermarkets, restaurants, and everything we needed were very close by. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this villa!

This house was great for our family of 5. Plenty of room plus. Love the location. Close to everything but the privacy of a gated community. The only recommendation I would have is to get a cookie sheet. Not a big deal, we improvised. Overall the house is in a great area, reasonably priced for all you get. Would definitely stay there again!!

Lovely house, great hosts

This house was extremely clean and is great condition. Had everything we could possibly need. Great location within a gated community. The hosts were really helpful and very responsive. We had a little issue with the pool which was sorted immediately. Would 100% recommend.

Overall, we had a nice stay. About 30-45 minutes from Universal. We loved and very much enjoyed the pool, the pool toys however were all worn and/or deflated. There were definitely some things that could be improved. The couches were dirty, stained on the arms on all 3. The “game room” was lackluster, the air hockey table didn’t work at all and the ping pong table, both paddles were extremely worn and half the ping pong balls were broken. A fan in the superhero room was also broken (informed host about). Dining room chairs and patio chairs could all use a good tightening. It was fairly clean otherwise. Host was nice.

Thank you Kevin, we are glad you had a good stay. Just to note that the home is not listed as including pool toys/inflatables, if a previous guest has left some we leave them as a courtesy but will remove any that are damaged. You notified us that a standalone purple fan was not working but that was all - this did not belong to the home, we were not fmailiar with it, and we have disposed of it. The air hockey and table tennis work perfectly, do let us know if you are struggling to operate anything and we will come straight back to you and assist. Sorry that you found the sofa arms dirty from the previous guest, the sofas have been cleaned. We were not aware about the dining chairs needing tightening, that will now be done - please do let us know at the time of any concerns so we can assist you at the time rather than waiting until after your stay as then we can ensure you have a 5-star stay at the time.

Our host was very welcoming and provided prompt communication! The location of the rental is great, close to major highways with restaurants and shops. The house had everything we needed for our stay. We weren’t able to access the gym at the clubhouse, as the HOA was replacing the badge reader, but it wasn’t a problem for us, as the community is very walkable. One thing to note is that Tuscan Hills doesn’t have a community pool, which isn’t surprising given that every home in the community has a pool, but this particular home has a north facing pool and patio, which doesn’t receive much sunlight, so the ability to access a community pool would have been nice. Overall though, we had a pleasant stay.

Just to note that the gym is always open during office hours, it is only outside of regular hours that you need to access it with the keypad that has now been replaced. We do not list the home as having a community pool, and we have not had any other guests have any issue with the sun on the pool deck, but you did stay during the freezing cold snap in early Feb with poor weather so that likely didn't help. So glad you had a 5-star stay!
