Welcome to our newly renovated house! Our house is located at the center of Corpus Christi with a great neighborhood. Walking distance to hospitals, shopping centers, gyms, and minutes from parks, beaches, and downtown areas. It’s perfect for families and professionals traveling in pairs!

Owners have an attached unit to the house that is completely private from the house and has its own separate private entrance so that it does not intrude on guest space.

Beach Bike Weekend

While the property offered much to appreciate in terms of space and amenities, various issues detracted from our experience. The downstairs main toilet and dishwasher were in disrepair, and the entryway posed a tripping hazard. The icemaker did not produce ice. The patio could benefit from a thorough cleaning. Despite the concerns, we would rate the property 8/10 due to overall pleasing features and location.

Spacious and clean.

The home is spacious and well appointed. It still has some superficial touches that are being worked on and the outside of the home doesn’t have much curb appeal. But the inside is lovely and we had plenty of space for our family and game night with friends.
