When I showed up to stay the host told me that she was doing electrical work and I could not stay there and tried to send me to a different address that was smaller and not clean. They did assist with getting me a full refund but that was the only highlight for my first Vrbo booking.

Large house for large family gathering

We loved the house and the availability of bedspace. Our entire party of 16 enjoyed themselves and were able to relax the day after a wedding. Bathing was limited to showering, however we accommodated as necessary. Overall a great stay.

Host was very uncommunicative. Several messages and phone calls with no response. Several issues of dirty items like dish washer full of dirty dishes, clothes washer had mold growing on inside ( guest cleaned), oven was extremely dirty(guest cleaned), pillows and pillow cases had what appeared to be animal hair and slobber , not enough towels and was cloths for guest(guest had to purchase these items, there worms in the shower of room 7 bathroom, Guest had to purchase all linens so that they could sleep in the rooms as well as paper plates and plastic cutler due to not enough settings for the guests. These items that was required to be purchased was an expenditure of around 500.00. This doesn’t go with the theme of pack light and enjoy the stay. I am extremely dissatisfied with this rental.

Great place for a large family event

Huge common space. Lots of seating. Good lighting. Big kitchen perfect for feeding a group. Comfortable beds and pillows. 3 Bathrooms with showers made things easy (2 of which were en-suite). Washing machine and dryer. Good parking. Nice concept.

Graduation trip

Overall the property was great. There were a few things wrong but didn’t hinder our stay. I noticed the kitchen sink had a water leak, a couple pieces of furniture was broken. But like I said the property was large enough to accommodate us and it was a nice setup.

Thank you Brenda the home is brand new built - the water leak was from someone bumping the ptrap but it has been addressed and you will be surprised how guests can get chairs broken but I have removed them; thank you again

Beautiful large spacious home

Joan communicated with us on rental day to let us know the code,etc. so check in was easy. The house is upscale with ample sleeping areas, eating areas, kitchen and rooms. What appealed to us the most was the quietness of the house and neighborhood. We used this house as respite from an active wedding.

Safari stay

Very impressed with the property, however the furnace acted up and we were left without air for a few hours. Bathrooms need towel holders a d soap dish Both doors front and back should be replaced with a more secure door. The yard needed immediate attention, i felt it should have been done considering it was booked appropriately 4 months out. A pretty property inside just need a little more attention. The property manager was contacted several times she replied in a somewhat timely manner.
