Easy access makes this an ideal getaway for car and motorcycle enthusiasts to cruise the nearby scenic highways including Cherohala Skyway, Tail of the Dragon, Hellbender 28, and many more. Adventurers can explore nearby waterfalls, lakes, and hiking trails. Go fly fishing for trout in the creek at the back of the property and play horseshoes in the grassy knowl across the quaint wooden bridge. Enjoy quiet surroundings and take in the cool mountain air on the covered porch or gather around the firepit.

The Sweetwater cabin was spotless, well-decorated, and very comfortable, with a fully stocked kitchen. The outdoor space truly stood out—the back porch, creek sounds, firepit, and landscaping exceeded expectations. Nearby attractions like the Cherohala Skyway, Lake Santeetlah, Fontana Lake, and Tapioco made the stay even better. We’d happily return and highly recommend it.

Enjoyed our stay at the cabin, everything in the listing was accurate. The beds were very comfortable. Spent our time during the day enjoying the Tail of the Dragon, shorts hikes and shopping in local towns. Evenings we relaxed at cabin doing puzzles and sitting out at firepit listening to the creek. Would definitely stay again.
You always have a home here in the mountains when you need to get away. Thank you for trusting us with your adventures. Hope to see you again next year or sooner!

Enjoyed my stay. For me the location isconvenient for my needs. Great view from the porch and the bench at the creek is a relaxing spot. The sounds of the two creeks is all you hear sometimes. Cozy cabin for a nice relaxing stay. If you have a motorcycle it's perfect.

We are so glad you chose us for your vacation in the mountains. We look forward to hosting you again in the future!
We enjoyed our stay at Sweetwater Cabin very much. The cabin was very clean and furnished with everything we needed for our weekend stay. I think this is the only place we've ever stayed who furnished not only a Keurig, but also furnished the coffee! I love that garbage pickup is on Monday. This is so much better for people who are leaving on Sunday. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch or by the fire pit listening to the creek as it flowed by. There's nothing more restful than the sound of running water! Overall, this was exactly what we needed and we couldn't be more pleased with our choice.
Great retreat to explore the mountains and local area
Soak your feet in the stream or walk down the stream to the creek. We enjoyed the cabin and the stream for a Wednesday to Sunday stay.

The cabin was well stocked with everything we needed and more, the cabin was neat and clean ! We loved the small town of Robinsville and enjoyed the thrift stores and quaint restaurants! The outside area is breathtaking to say the least and the views go on forever ! You will not be disappointed with this hidden gem ! Book it before you loose it !
This was a delightful property and home. In addition to being clean and well laid out, the outdoor space was perfectly charming. The hosts seemed to have anticipated our every need.

Debra, we are so glad you enjoyed your stay at our cabin. It truly is a gem and close to so many fun outdoor activities in the mountains. All the best to you, and safe travels home. You are always welcome back!
Incredible cabin for a relaxing weekend! The entire house was well stocked - from towels, blankets, and sheets to cookware, cooking essentials, and cleaning supplies. We didn't want for anything during our stay. The property is absolutely beautiful and there are so many different ways to relax. Located close to Robbinsville, it was easy to pop into town to grab some groceries and eat at the local restaurants. We stopped by Wehrloom Honey (a suggestion in the book left by the owners) and had a delightful time. We will definitely return the next time we need to get away and recharge!

We loved the house. Although it is small, it met all of our needs. The house is stocked with all the items we needed to prepare our meals. The location is close to the grocery store. The beds were very comfortable and clean. We also had plenty of towels so we didn’t have to wash everyday.
I can’t say enough about how peaceful the sound of the creek was. We had a fire in the fire pit each night. Sooo relaxing!!!

Everything about our stay was excellent. We came for MOTD - Minis on the Dragon. The cabin was perfect! Close to The Dragon, Fontana and Robbinsville. The cabin was exactly as advertised and the host (Michelle) was great. We enjoyed grilling out, eating meals on the porch, sitting by the fire pit, and enjoying the picturesque setting and sounds from the creek. The cabin was very well stocked with essentials and there was plenty of firewood to use in the fire pit. The only minor issue was spotty wifi. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. So glad we booked the Sweetwater Cabin. What a gem!

Elizabeth, thank you for such terrific comments and feedback we appreciate it so much! We understand about the wifi and hope it improves here soon. Hope to have you back again!
We have just returned from 4 nights at Sweetwater Cabin and it was amazing! There was a very small hiccup the day we arrived but Dallas quickly sorted out the issue and Bea, the housekeeper, actually came to the cabin in the evening to make sure everything was ok. The cabin is exactly as described and the grounds are beautiful! It was lovely to start our mornings sitting on the porch watching the birds feeding in the meadow and at the end of the day sitting by the creek watching the fireflies. It truly was a relaxing experience and we were very sad to have to leave. Our thanks to Dallas for his quick responses to our questions and to Bea for going above and beyond to ensure that we were well taken care of.

This small little cabin is amazing. The perfect distance from outside of town, easy to find and slightly tucked away from the highway. Owners have been very thoughtful about any and all accommodations. If I ever travel to that area again, I would gladly book there again.
