New to the vacation rental market for spring 2023, this beautifully updated 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath end Hilton Head Island Club unit offers guests an open-concept floor plan, wraparound decks and brand new furnishings.

The living area features a comfortable sleeper sofa, Smart TV and access to the deck through sliding doors. The oversized deck comes complete with cushioned patio furniture, a dining area and a swing. Enjoy serene lagoon and landscape views, all while being just steps from the Atlantic Ocean!

The interior dining area is located off the living room with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The well-equipped kitchen features granite counters, full-size appliances and everything you'll need to prepare a meal for your party.

The bedroom features a new king size bed, flat screen TV and a renovated private bathroom with a large vanity and a tiled walk-in shower.

A powder room is located off the main hallway for added convenience.

The Hilton Head Island Club HOA permits parking for 1 vehicle per unit.

Nice condo, all the amenities and more. Great view from the balcony. Easy beach access. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, relaxing get away with no hassles.

Great stay

Place was great! My wife and 15 month old loved the place. Close to the beach and the really enjoyed our stay. The 10am checkout was tough and u fortunately couldn’t extend for a later one but would absolutely stay there again

Very nice condo with a great wrap around deck. Plenty of outdoor furniture and an umbrella if you needed shade. Very clean and neat and tastefully decorated for beach vibes.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this property! We had our 3 year old and 1 year old and this property was excellent for them as well. We ate breakfast on the back deck every morning. It’s a short walk to the beach and a very quiet neighborhood, which we enjoyed. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay! It really was a lovely place, a short walk to the beach, and I enjoyed the outdoor porch! I would almost say we would stay here again, but the ceilings are really thin. So it's a gamble on how quiet it will be at night and early in the morning. We had two different people stay upstairs while we were there, and they had little kids. We heard little feet running, starting as early as 6 and as late as 12. I could even hear someone sneeze like they were in the next room. I am sure if it were a quiet couple, it might not be as bad. Also, there are no blackout curtains, so a lot of light pours in (by sun and street lamps), in case you are sensitive to light- maybe bring a sleep mask.
