Just what we needed

We were in town for a family wedding, so there were too many of us to all stay with my folks. This house was walking distance from them, and just big enough for us, our daughter, and my aunt. My only issue was that the one ensuite room had only a full bed, when we are used to a king, so it was not super comfortable for us. There was a queen in another bedroom that shared a hall bath, so it is really just a preference thing - ensuite bathroom, or larger bed! We didn't really use the kitchen (I cooked at my parents' house). We made one batch of no-bake cookies and had cereal for breakfasts in the mornings, so I can't review the cooking facilities. The refrigerator was nice and roomy though! This house was perfect for our needs on this trip.

Newer Comfortable Property

This townhouse was clean, comfortable, and modern. Check-in and out were easier than most rentals. Linens, towels, kitchen items, detergents are all provided. They also included additional small things that you may need, but not think to bring with you. The two full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms were a great size for our group. The queen beds are very comfortable! The kitchen & living area doesn't accommodate a large group as well, but we still had fun. Overall, a great choice in Groveland, and we will likely be back.

Mother/daughter trip

Very cute property, that’s actually part of a duplex. Never heard anything from other side of duplex. Quiet neighborhood and good location for easy access to Orlando, Ocala and other surrounding cities. House was very clean and Melanie was very easy to deal with.
