Immaculate and spacious

We enjoyed the three nights that we spent in this lovely, super clean house. The house is located in a nice residential area, just a short drive from downtown Clermont. It has a nice view of the lake which is across the street and has a narrow dock and a boathouse. The house sits on large piece of property but there was no lawn furniture, landscaping or firepit. If you’re not planning outside activities this is the place for you. The inside of the house was well appointed and spacious. The Florida room had a ping pong table and all the rooms had TVs. We were surprised to discover the king bed in the master bedroom had a broken bed frame that the owner was unaware of, but it will probably be repaired or replaced by the next rental.

Beautiful Lake House

Very clean and cozy, has all we needed. An and extra paper towel would have been perfect and better toilet paper would have made me feel at home. Just little details. Overall we loved to stay there.

AWESOME

Our host was amazing. The home is very warm and welcoming. Very comfortable and clean. The community is super nice and friendly with many options for groceries and food. Theres a cool downtown area with restaurants close by and just overall a really cool place to stay. Thank you again Shawna. We will be back!!!

Great stay!

The house was convenient for our activities. It was clean and the only bed we used in the downstairs bedroom was comfortable. The kitchen and toiletries were furnished and plenty. I especially liked that there was a printer there to print our boarding passes. We had a great stay!
