Quaint two bedroom, one bath condo with two living spaces within close proximity to downtown Clermont, Lake Minneola, and the South Lake Trail. Downtown Clermont has several boutiques, restaurants, coffee shops, and two breweries. It's a quick drive to Lake Minneola and Waterfront Beach and Park. The South Lake Trail connects with the West Orange Trail which leads to Winter Garden and as far north as Clarcona Horse Park in Apopka. Lastly, Clermont is around a 20 mile drive to Disney World and Universal Studios.

Great stay in Clermont!

The location was fabulous! We loved walking to the restaurants and waterfront park! The condo was very clean and the 'best stocked' one that we have stayed in! We will be returning!

Absolutely amazing

First of all the pictures don’t do it justice, this condo is so cute and clean we absolutely loved it. They had a lot of things that we thought we would need to bring, such as foil, plastic wrap, paper plates. The owners were so nice even when I was so tired my brain wouldn’t let me process how to use the fancy lock system on the door. I will definitely stay here again!

About the host

When we are in Clermont, we cycle daily on the South Lake Trail. Some days we ride over to the Champions Pointe Disc Golf Course at Lake Hiawatha Preserve to play a round or two. Other days we ride 12 miles one way to Winter Garden. For a longer ride on the trail, we'll ride through Winter Garden to Clarcona Horse Park.

Why they chose this property

The things we enjoy most about the neighborhood is that it's quiet, it's nice to walk or cruise to downtown within minutes, and driving to see concerts, musicals, or a rooftop restaurant in downtown Orlando is convenient also.
