- Avoid putting pillows on the floor - Turn off lights and A/C daily, when you leave - Toss all trash and flush all toilets prior to departing

- Trash pickup: Monday and Thursday by 7am on side of house - Recycle pickup on Monday only - Put trash/recyclables in blue/green bins in rear.

- Hang towels to dry or place used towels and sheets in washing machine + We always appreciate when you can start a load.

Great historic neighborhood! Every time we talk a walk in the neighborhood we discover a house, a garden, a tiny public library or work of art that we had never noticed before. Located in the heart of the Hill, the property is close to the US Capitol, Union Station, Eastern Market and more. Core to the neighborhood are its people. The neighbors - a mix of singles, families, 'seasoned" citizens - are friendly, accommodating and welcoming.
