Ralph and Erica Kauten live in Madison, WI. As Ralph grew up on a farm in Iowa, Winn Hites was purchased to provide a meeting place for family in Iowa and Wisconsin to meet for family reunions.
What makes this property unique
Winn Hites is located in the Driftess area of Wisconsin. The area is quiet, full of wildlife (mostly deer and turkey) and very peaceful. The Apartment is located on approximately 25 acres of land with a nice walkway along a dead end road and through a wooded area.
