Ready to soak up some sun? How about a vacation retreat with prime ocean and pool views? If so, 310 Beach Place is ready! This large 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1,360 square foot beach view property sleeps up to 8, making this perfect for families and friends. Free Wifi

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

This unit contains a comfortable living area including a 42 inch flat screened television and access to the outdoor balcony, which offers amazing views of the beach and pool. From here, you can enjoy your morning coffee, relax with a good book, and take in the amazing sunsets. The full kitchen has everything you need if you plan on cooking during your stay, as it is fully stocked with utensils and nice appliances. Dining table that seats up to six is just on the other side of the open kitchen, making everything convenient, relaxed and easy!

The master bedroom has 2 double beds as does the second guestroom. The third bedroom has 1 double bed, and all provide lots of room, including dresser drawer and closet space. The bathrooms are stocked with linens, extra pillows and sufficient towels for your stay. Free WIFI, washer and dryer.

ONE parking spot is also included. There is no additional parking at Beach Place.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to onsite 7 day a week management and maintenance to assist with anything you might need. This is a non smoking home.

The best part though, is 310 Beach Place is close to everything! Within moments you are swimming in the heated pool, diving in the clear gulf waters, cooking at the BBQ's, or eating at one of the many great restaurants at John's Pass Village. A quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction, the Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. We had a wonderful time, the beach was amazing. Dolphins and Pelicans everywhere :) Boardwalk grill has wonderful staff and food! We could eat more because the elevator is not yet working so we did lots of stairs :)

WORST condo for the money

The condo was SO outdated compared to the other condo's in the same facility. The pictures on the website did NOT do justice once you see the condo in person. Windows didn't lock, nothing matched. The kitchen didn't include the "fully stocked kitchen". It did not even have a pan to make bacon or a cutting board. The beds where horrible, the cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms are falling apart. The smoke detector did NOT work. The shower heads in both bathrooms barely let any water out. The carpet was gross and did not match. Why have carpet in a condo on the water w/ sand? We will NEVER stay at 310 again!

Our particular unit was dated. No up grades have been done , all fixtures are original to When the building was built. The carpet may have been replaced some years ago. There were dirty hand prints on mirrors. The kitchen cabinets had something running down the faces. The top of the fridge was filthy. Wire shelves in walk in closet were caked in dust. The dressers in the bedrooms were dirty inside. The beds are terrible, the wife and I had a horrible week of sleep. It’s an gulf front unit so the view is great. I could deal with renting again if the beds were updated and it was cleaned properly. Basically we got what we paid for.

BEAUTIFUL 3rd floor view. if I had to leave a suggestion it would be to replace the balcony furniture (upgrade) and get a higher table. and to put removable shower heads in the tubs. Kitchen was adequate. I cooked most every morning and most evenings. Another great stay. I think this was my 4th time staying at Beach Place. I will be back.

Great Stay, horrible unit

Reviewer Comments: This was our 5th time staying at Beach Place Condo's.We loved the beach, the area, pool, etc.The unit we stayed in was TERRIBLE, worst we ever had in all of our vacation stays around the country. Our unit had a broken microwave, leaking sinks, running toilets, a dishwasher that did not dry the dishes, horrible mismatching furniture (including a bent couch!), rock hard beds, very old carpet, flickering lights in the kitchen, mini-TV sets, patio chairs that you buy for $4.99, missing dining room chair, and on top of that was the unit was dirty to the point there was black MOLD under the bathroom sink where they kept the towels.On the positive side, the management tried to rectify some of the issues, but were not successful.Again, we love the area, but may not rent at Beach Place again.

Will not stay in this unit again

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at Beach Place for the last two years and the first year we loved it. However this year was a horrible experience. When we got to our unit we realized the dryer did not work. I sent several unanswered e-mails to have it looked at. Needless to say we had to pay to use the public dryer the whole week and pack our wet clothes down the hall to dry them every day. I have asked to have someone contact me about the dryer and still have not been contacted. The unit is outdated with old carpet and cabinetry. I think we at least deserve some refund or discount for our next trip due to the dryer issue. The elevator is also so old and slow that it makes it miserable to stand in the heat and wait on it every time you leave your room.
