Experience Gulf Front living at its best. This totally renovated, penthouse condo features a custom kitchen with stainless steel appliances, custom bathrooms,
Granite countertops, walk-in shower in the master bath, new tile throughout, new washer/ dryer and furnishings.

Flat screen TVs in the living room and all bedrooms.
Enjoy the luxury of high end modern decor coupled with the best ocean views and beach access Madeira Beach offers. This condo is truly one of a kind!

Also added, are very nice flat screen TVs and a new washer/dryer as well as new bedding throughout.

The kitchen is equipped with updated appliances and cabinets filled with dishes, cookware and utensils. Bed linens and bath towels are provided for up to 8 guests in the condo.

Come and enjoy the beautiful beach and the attractions which include John's Pass Village and Boardwalk with its many shops, cafes, restaurants, fishing charters directly across the street from our condos, via a protected crosswalk. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your personal use.

There are 2 assigned parking spots available for this unit.

Great location, great size Condo. But could use updating in the furniture, cleaning of the furniture as the dining room chair cushions were filthy and the floor tiles by the front door and the sliding glass door to the balcony were cracked and raised. But overall was a nice getaway.

The views and location were amazing! The kitchen was beautiful, and the balcony was equipped with table and 5 good chairs where we enjoyed breakfast and lunch. We also used the beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys that were in the laundry room. The interior is in need of a good cleaning and new replacements, including adding more silverware. The couch was very worn, the kitchen chair cushions had stains, the edges of the floors were dirty (particularly in the bathrooms), and the queen beds were creaky. The redeeming quality of this property are the views and walkability to the boardwalk and beach.

The view was AMAZING! The room was accurate, could have been cleaner. There was sand everywhere and the furniture was a little worn. The building as a whole was a bit dated and could use some sprucing up. All in all we would definitely stay here again. The location was great and can't beat being steps from the beach.

Property was great besides a few minor maintenance issues which pictures were sent. Advised some patio chairs would be nice. The rooms were cleaned superbly, kitchen had everything needed. Large options of shops and restaurants,! Highly recommend Dolphin Quest and Para sailing with Eagle Para sailing, phenomenal! Thank you!!

This was a beautiful condo right on the beach. Parking was easy. lots of things to do nearby.Overall, we were very pleasedCould use a little improvement on cleaning. There was sand on the floor, making them slippery for women wearing sandals and some sand on closet, shelves, etc. and there are a few little maintenance issues.We had to remove the ice storage bin and defrost it as everything was frozen up and there was no ice being made. That said we made that 100% so no worries for the next guest.Need new batteries and some of the remotes ceiling fan blades in the master bedroom need to be tightened. One was literally about to fall off and I tightened it the best I could with a butter knife. Also, there is only one frying pan that I could find and it is only like a 6 inch one searing steak was impossible.That said, the pleasures of the unit outweighed these little things. We would definitely go back.

The place was great.It was in the best location. Beautiful view of the sunset. My dad, who, is who is a vietnam veteran, had a wonderful time. But the need to fix the ice maker.

Check-in was kind of confusing and we had trouble trying to unlock the door. I called the number listed and I was doing what the lady said, but it still wasn't working. She did have someone else call, but I was able to finally get it unlocked after doing a little jig and holding my tongue just right. It never worked the same every time. The condo looked fairly clean, although the bathroom toilet needed to be cleaned. The dryer tried to self destruct and ruined a couple of pieces of clothing. This was a very busy area with lots of condos so the beach was pretty crowded. That is just an observation. The proximity to restaurants and shops was very close so it was nice not having to drive to those things.

Room was full beach view with a great location to shops and multiple local restaurants. As for cleanliness, it was clean but could have gotten a little extra attention. The sheets where washed and crisp but had a few stains as did the exra pillows so I would probably just replace sheets and pillows more often. We also didn't have extra pillow cases so I bought a set and left them behind (hopefully they stay for others who need them). Check in and check out were easy as I just emailed my contact letting them know we got into the condo and when leaving as well. I always felt any and all communication was handled in a timely manner and was most often almost immediate. I would definitely book again.Thank you!
