Located directly off of Front Beach Road, the sandy beach, local restaurants, Starbucks (Located steps away at Emerald Beach Resort), and a mom-and-pop grab-and-go shop, are all within walking distance! Just one mile from Pier Park, find yourself within reach of all things work and play. We offer the a 2 bedroom home for you and you family, including your furry family member, to enjoy just steps away from the World's Most Beautiful Beaches.

Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen complete with stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven and dishwasher. A regular drip coffee maker and all the pots, pans, silverware, glassware and utensils that you need for your beach trip. The 2 comfortable couches in the living room allow for seating for 5. The ground floor patio and 2nd floor balcony allow guests to appreciate the beautiful weather. The private back yard is lined with beautiful palm trees that make sweet music when the wind blows. This very affordable pet friendly unit is just steps away from the sugar white sands on Panama City Beach.

Our home is right in the middle of Panama City Beach close to everything, you can enjoy brunch at the Pancakery, lunch at Sharkey's, or plan your next hike through Conservation Park or Saint Andrews State Park. Hear a concert at Aaron Bessant Park. Visit Frank Brown Park or the new PCB Sports Complex for basketball, tennis, pickleball, soccer, or baseball. There are major fast-pitch softball and baseball tournaments that are played every summer. Frank Brown Park is also home to the Panama City Beach Aquatic Center.
Open Sands Shopping center is a short 2 minutes away with places like Express Lane Convenience Store, Zollo's Pizza, Local Steamer Seafood, and AutentiKa Mexican Grill. Starbucks is located in the Emerald Beach Resort Parking area.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Management - A; Condo - C- : There are nice cosmetic touches but all-in-all the condo needs updating and a "down to the bones" cleaning, including replacing the carpeting and improving the backyard. Otherwise, location was good and management responded promptly to issues, only being limited by what the owner would provide.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Definitely stay again. Good community,good service,great location, comfortable beds,very clean linens,and any kind of cookware you need. It was really nice to have the fenced yard for my pup. Very friendly neighborhood. A rocks throw to the beautiful, clean beaches and entertainment and restaurants.

This place was bigger than we thought

We had a really good time! Just minutes from the beach, and one block from Starbucks!! Only thing I didn’t like was having the cheapest of the cheap toilet paper and paper towels, and there was zero perishable foods. I’d wish there was at least a small container of coffee and at least salt and pepper shakers. Any other time I’ve been on vacation the rentals kept what perishable items the other tenants left so there would be a little something for the next person. However, I would definitely stay here again!

Great location.

Driveway was used by next door neighbors, issues with wifi information. Place was not as clean as expected, very outdated needs upgrades and better care overall. Location was the only good thing
