Exactly what we were hoping for

Located almost right in the middle of the boardwalk. Perfect location. Perfect view and well kept house. Exactly as pictured. It was a very relaxing week and hope to get back there someday!

Wonderful stay!

This was a quick getaway for me and my kids but the house provided us with the R&R we needed. Location was wonderful being on the quiet end of the OC boardwalk. House was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed playing Ocean City Monopoly! Views of the beach were fantastic. We would love to stay here again.

Fall getaway to the beach

This was our third stay at this oceanfront boardwalk house and we will keep coming back! The house is in a great location at the quiet end of the boardwalk. There are lots of thoughtful amenities provided by the host. We love watching the waves with a glass of wine from the comfortable furniture on the front porch. Five star all the way!

This is probably the most charming place you can imagine, especially in the off season! Coffee on the porches all morning. Glass of wine every evening. Straight magic.

Oceanfront Vacation

Absolutely perfect location. Great views from house and outside patio / decks. The outdoor furniture was so nice and comfortable, just got home but going shopping for that set 😁! Very clean. Enjoyed the books, wife didn’t finish one in time, had to order on Amazon 😎.

Annual OC Trip

Amazing host! Home was beautiful and clean. Right on the boardwalk. My grandmother loved sitting out on the deck in the morning drinking her coffee and watching people walk the board walk. Also loved the personal touch with the bottle of wine that welcomed us :) Perfect location!

2 Day Escape

The property is perfectly located centered near all of Ocean City’s activities. We arrived late on Saturday evening and realized we had to make all of the beds and place linens in bathrooms upon arrival. Since we only had one full day, this took time away. Others then that, the place was amazing. Waking up watching and listening the ocean is priceless. I would highly recommend.

Paradise on the Boardwalk

Even though it was a rainy and windy week at the beach we enjoyed watching the waves from the covered porch and the cozy living room. New walk in shower, stove and kitchen countertops since our last visit in October. We love this oceanfront house and it is easy to communicate with Shelly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent location, absolutely stunning, relaxing, everything you would want in a beach house.

I went with daughter, fiancé, my 16 year old son and his friend. Going up and down the boardwalk was awesome, We watch and played in waves from sunrise to sunset right in front of us. Loved sitting on the bottom deck with coffee watching the boardwalk and the sunrise, it was completely relaxing! Every room was totally classic beach and comfort, like from your favorite beach movie.

Great beach week!

We had a wonderful week at Shelly’s place in Ocean City. The house was so welcoming when we arrived with soft music playing on the tv, lights on and a bottle of wine waiting for us. The view from the porch and upper deck are awesome! Lots of thoughtful touches like hand soap, wipes, shampoo etc. were provided. Our friend joined us for 2 nights and she loved sitting on the porch watching the world go by on the boardwalk too. We hope to come back next year.

Perfection

This house was absolutely gorgeous. From the moment we stepped foot into the house we knew it was going to be an amazing vacation. This feeling only continued to grow as we walked out onto the deck. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Shelly was extremely quick to respond with any questions we had. She was seamless with information and provided an enjoyable environment. For those who may have young children- We traveled with 3 children 5yrs and under. We had peace of mind at night knowing there was no outdoor access from the upstairs.

Rainy Getaway

We enjoyed our stay (despite the tropical storm that came through). The house had everything you needed. It was very quiet which was nice with having a 5-month-old.The communication was easy and we felt at home. The bag of goodies was a great surprise. It met our needs. My mom enjoyed sitting in the living room and watching people. The kitchen was stocked with appliances and coffee makers. We will need definitely stay again if we head down to the beach

Adorable quaint cottage

The beach home is beautiful, well appointed, and clean. The first night was a challenge with an uncomfortable bed and boardwalk lights streaming in through small windows upstairs. I contacted Shelly and she immediately had a new mattress delivered, sent her maintenance crew to shade the windows, and delivered high quality fans to the upstairs rooms. The subsequent nights were wonderful! Shelly really cared about our comfort and stay. We would absolutely return.

Beautiful house, excellent communication!

The house was perfect for us. Highlights were: beautiful polished heart pine wood floors and salt washed pine walls- and crisp, white, 100% cotton sheets just like at home. Everything felt clean and fresh in the upper floors where our 2 young adult children stayed. The outdoor upper and lower porches and tables that faced onto the boardwalk and beach were great for breakfast or dinner or just relaxing from a day on the beach. We had epic scrabble games out there! Shelly gave us great communication and answered questions promptly. Check in was seamless. Overall, definitely a five star experience!

Family getaway

I splurged on this oceanfront house so that my elderly mom, who has limited mobility, could enjoy the beach--and she did, as did the rest of my family! We could see the beach and hear the ocean from the house, including from 2 levels of a deck. We gave my mom the main-floor bedroom, which is adjacent to a bathroom with a walk-in shower and grab-bar. Entering the house does require going up a few steps. (This is just an FYI for others with mobility concerns; it was not a problem for my mom, and the photos make clear where the steps are.) One tip: Bring an eye mask for sleeping if you are using the pull-out sofa bed. The lights on the boardwalk (similar to street lights) remain on all night for safety and are quite bright, and the living room (where the sofa bed is) has sliding glass doors along most of the front wall. I love the décor. It's not cluttered, kitschy, or ostentatious. A chandelier made from shells is the perfect centerpiece of the house. I assume the house is old, so I sort of expected it to be a bit rickety, but it is solid and everything is in very good condition and clean, while still having a vintage charm. I think this house is great for groups with varying preferences. It's on the boardwalk, yet it is also quiet at night. It has comfortable places to sit inside and outside, and the beach is obviously very close. I would love to visit again sometime!
