A sweet slice of coastal paradise awaits at this newly remodeled (2024) elevated home with a pool and new kitchen, just across Palmetto Blvd from the beach. Spend mornings sipping coffee in one of the rocking chairs on your full front porch, then slip into your swimsuit and head for the sand. When you’re ready to explore, you’ll find a variety of restaurants, shops, and a grocery store a little over a mile away, with Edisto Beach State Park just beyond. Half of the backyard can still be enjoyed by your pup in his or her own fenced-in area.

At home, the one-level living space features cheerful coastal decor, high ceilings, and lots of natural light. The full kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, and there’s room for the whole gang around the dining table and the kitchen island. After a day on the sand, come home to enjoy the private pool or bask in the central AC, or warm up in front of the gas fireplace while the washer/dryer makes quick work of any laundry. Entertainment options include a Ping-Pong table on the patio downstairs, multiple TVs, and free WiFi. Keep dinner simple with a cookout on the gas grill, then spend the evening back out by the pool, on the porch, or enjoying the salty air. Four serene bedrooms - two with direct porch access - offer a restful space when you get sleepy. The beach vacation you’ve been dreaming of awaits - all that’s left to do is book.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
