Completely private modern guesthouse on quiet cul de sac. Wonderful covered front porch. Open concept first floor includes living and dining area. Full kitchen. There is a spacious half bath and brand new apartment size washer and dryer. Upstairs you will find a bright and cheery bedroom with a large closet and a nice size bathroom with large shower stall. Heating, air conditioning and wifi are included.
