Enjoy comfortable, spacious living in a freshly updated 5-bedroom apartment near the Charles River. You can stay for a short weekend getaway or a month's long business trip. The apartment is located in a safe neighborhood, walking distance from shops, local eats and fun outdoor activities.
Each bedroom comes equipped with a standard queen-sized bed, fluffy pillows and clean linen, desk and storage space, good lighting and a complete shared bathroom. Guests are given complete access to the kitchen to cook meals, dine and socialize; the living room to lounge; the laundry space for washing and drying, and other common areas within the apartment, which are also completely accessible to guests.
1 of the bedrooms has an ensuite twin room. Bedrooms are with queen beds encased in soft linens, ample closet space, good lighting and a work-centric desk area suited for remote work and studies.
The apartment and all bedroom doors come with a specialized keyless access lock (you will be given your own code). Utilities are all included and cleaning of all common spaces are done each week.

1) Completing our guest verification form which includes the primary guest should upload a selfie holding a valid identification card on the form, this should also match with the credit card information used for making the reservation and the information entered on the booking platform. 2) Guest form to know our guests a little better, confirm your contact details, and make sure you sign all the paperwork needed such as the Rental Agreement.
We specify all reservation details and in-stay guides in a virtual guidebook provided prior to check-in. You will need to complete the above reservation requirements before access will be given.
House Rules and Safety * Mid-Stay Cleaning is available with a fee and needs to be scheduled ahead of time. * We are required to allow the building to access the unit from time to time for maintenance, tours, or inspections. Notice may not be provided, but if we do receive notice we will surely pass it on. * Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property. * Pets are not allowed. * Our properties are not ideal for loud, rowdy groups. If we receive a noise complaint, a fine will be charged. * Excessive mess and trash left at the property upon checkout may result in additional fees for cleaning. * For the comfort and peace of all guests and neighbors, quiet hours are put in order from 9 PM until 9 AM.

Perfect place to stay that’s not too far from the city and close to everything we wanted to see. Quick responses and constant communication with the management. Easy access to get in and check out. Family friendly and recommend.
Great location, big, sleeps 11 comfortably, host is very accommodating, the only bad thing is it was dirty when we arrived, called host and they sent someone to change the sheets clean bathroom etc. if it would have been clean when we got there I would of given them a perfect rating.
This property was located in a great area and had plenty of space. It was very comfortable. We did have an issue with the radiators not working for most of the stay and it was pretty cold in the house for most of our stay. The property manager was good about responding and they did get the radiators fixed on our last day there.
The house was bigger than expected, which was great for our group of 5 plus some friends who came over for dinners and to hang out. A larger kitchen table and chairs could have served our group better, and larger/more pots and pans to accommodate a large dinner gathering. A couple of other small things would have been appreciated (soap, shampoo/conditioner and hand towels in the bathrooms) but all in all the house was great for our long weekend in Boston for the Head of the Charles Regatta.
WORST HOME YOU COULD EVER STAY IN AND NEVER TRUST STAYNUE AS A COMPANY!!!! We arrived to this home and it was absolutely disgusting. Customer service through Staynue is also atrocious. After requesting a cleaning service to come through they “sent someone”, which was a lie. My family and I ended up cleaning the property. After notifying Staynue, they offered us a lousy 160 refund for the cleaning fee because they kept insisting they sent someone to clean during our stay. We had also provided photo evidence before and “after” the cleaning service came showing nothing had been cleaned. After accepting their refund, I kept messaging them to see when that would be sent out. After a month of trying to get the money I received a message saying that Staynue was “understaffed” and they would send the refund when they are back to normal staffing. I reached out to VRBO and they were able to help us out with a refund since it had been a month. I urge everyone who is looking at a Staynue property to look elsewhere. This was the worst experience ever!
This was a very disappointing experience. We were originally supposed to check in at 3 PM but were told shortly before arrival that check-in would be delayed until 4 PM because the property needed additional cleaning. After traveling all day, we understood the delay but expected the home to be clean when we arrived. Unfortunately, it was not. The house was extremely dirty with dust throughout, hair on the floors, toenail clippings on the carpet, dirty bathrooms, grimy kitchen counters, dusty appliances, and a coffee maker with old coffee and mold. Upstairs we found cobwebs, bugs, trash in drawers, opened food in cabinets, and an entire room filled with trash. It felt like the property had not been cleaned before our arrival. Despite paying a lot in cleaning fees, we had to clean the house ourselves and buy our own supplies. There were also maintenance issues including a toilet that did not work properly, Wi-Fi and TV not working for two days, and a front door that did not lock, making us feel unsafe. We contacted the host who offered to send a cleaner but later said they could not come until 10 PM, by which point we had already cleaned everything. His response felt dismissive and lacked urgency. The only compensation we received was a refund of the cleaning fee despite paying a great amount for the stay. Overall, the property did not match the photos and failed to meet basic standards. I would not stay here again. Sorry if the photos dont show the gravity. I can’t put videos.
Everything was exactly as listed. Great location, easy check in, check out. Sam was responsive and happy to help. Would stay here again if I came back to Boston.
