Convenient Location

Great little house, space to park your boat and truck in driveway, yard is just dirt at this point, no water hose, kitchen has just very basic items, no ice maker, no kitchen dish towels or dish cloths, no laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod. Dog hair on couch’s, but overall was clean. We would definitely stay again.

Another great stay at one of labi‘s houses-great location near park, boat launch and walkable to downtown (a little over a mile) Good deal of thought put into remodel, will definitely return.

Great Place.

It was the perfect location for Beaufort, SC. I was there for an engagement party for my granddaughter. I have family that live in the same vicinity. I will definitely be renting this home in the future. The host was awesome to communicate with. I would highly recommend this home and location.

We felt it was too much of walk to get to town, so drive. Close enough to downtown for dining and shopping. Beds were comfortable. Living room/dining area/kitchen was cozy. You felt at home. Would recommend

This quaint little house is perfectly nestled in a beautiful neighborhood which is near the water. It was extremely well equipped and the owner was very accessible, if needed. Three parks near by, and just a few blocks away from the historic downtown area and marina. Great for a walk anytime of the day. I can’t say enough good things about it. Brian

Great family home

We enjoyed the home- quick access to the park. Fenced in yard for kids to play. We had enough room and met most of our needs. I think some new patio furniture would be a great contribution. As a mama of babies who still take naps some WD-40 would be super helpful for doors. Overall; happy with our stay and would recommend to others.

Family Vacay

We stayed in Beaufort to be closer to family and hung out at their home for the week. Had trouble with the internet staying connected so the TV (Netflix) was no good the first 5 days. There were a few minor things wrong (light out back out, cabinet doors broken, refrigerator door broken) but overall the place was super convenient and comfy.

House and location were great

Pictures accurately show property and that’s always appreciated. 4 minute drive to historic downtown area where our wedding events were. Only issues we had were that the backyard gave our dogs fleas and in the check in instructions, the owners asked for a cash or check fee for the dogs. All fees should be listed up front and not asked for on the side.

Thank you so much! Kaired, I'm sorry to hear about the fleas but I guarantee you we keep the yard cleaned, mowed and sprayed so there's no way the fleas come from this property. Also, all guest as soon as we get a booking there's a welcome note sent out with some instruction and also the pet fee information.

Nice house

Nice home, clean and comfy. Quiet neighborhood, close to downtown! My only issue was there was one pot, a small 3 qt saucepan. Usually stop and buy groceries on the way in; glad I didn’t this time bc it would have been difficult to cook an actual dinner. There was also a lot of broken glass around the front, but mostly in the back yard. I had my dog w me and thankfully he didn’t get cut. I’m sure this was an oversight. Loved the beds and the bathroom! Overall, a nice stay in a lovely home!

Horrible Experience

After years of renting vacation homes, this is my first negative review. No internet access upon arrival was a problem, as this was a working trip. While trying to reach Labi for hours, I contacted the provider.  They said there had been no surge, and my rental was the only house in the area that was offline. Labi promised if it was not back on in two days I would receive a full refund for the remainder of my trip. It was NOT fixed at that time, And he completely backed out of that promise and refused the refund, and offered no resolution. No refund, no credit, not even an apology. The internet was finally partially restored after 5 days, but was off more than it was on for the rest of my trip. Labi suggested that I pack up and move to one of his other rental houses that were open. I went to check them out, and they were completely unacceptable. By this time a tropical storm was approaching so I just had to wait it out. Other problems were a trash can outside standing in stagnate water, broken chairs on the front porch, closet doors broken off the hinges and extremely high grass.  After complaining about these issues, Labi did send a crew to cut the yard and remove the broken chairs. No replacement chairs were provided. No extra garbage bags, no laundry detergent, no coffee and one extra roll of toilet tissue for a nine-night stay. I have stayed in dozens of short term rentals in this area over the years and this is a first for me.
