I asked lots of stupid questions and the host was helpful for them all. In case it's as surprising to others, I'd like to mention that this house is in the neighborhood of the Weeki Wachi Springs park where the mermaid shows are done. The park became the landmark for where to turn off the main road for us when returning home. The washer and dryer and fridge and TVs are huge and new. The beds are comfortable and there's lots of linen both for the bed and the bath. Several good restaurants in the neighborhood.

The inside of the house was clean, the grass was knee high in the yard, and it was a trashy area. We walked in and left within minutes to book another location, the house smelled weird like someone had been burning incense all day. My kids started coughing and sneezing the moment they walked in. We stayed long enough to use the restroom and book another location.

Thank you for reviewing our home. We’re sorry to hear that you didn’t enjoy the neighborhood. You are actually the first guest to express dissatisfaction with the area, as you can see from our previous reviews, but we understand that everyone has different preferences. We’re also sorry that the air freshener wasn’t to your children’s liking. As you informed us, you decided to leave because you expected the house to be directly on the water. We wish you all the best in your future travels!
