Why they chose this property
I moved to Grayling to manage and be a personal trainer at a gym which was right down the road from this home so it was perfect. But after a few years it moved across town and I had a tough decision to make. Do I rent it out or sell it? It's the first home I've purchased so I am attached and wanted to keep it.
What makes this property unique
It's very homey and well cared for. I purchased the furnishings brand new when I moved out and it's exactly how I always envisioned it. I love it! The backyard is fully fenced in because I had a dog that needed a safe place to run and be free. It was the best purchase I ever made.
