The Bailey Manor is the perfect space for large groups with 5,000+ square feet of living space.

The spacious kitchen, dining room, and living room are perfect for entertaining and relaxing.

Your family can travel together and stay together.
NOTICE:

No smoking OR vaping allowed in the house.

The Bedrooms

You’ll have access to 6 main bedrooms and a convertible sofa bed in the living room.
For special accommodations, the ground floor library (dining area #2) can be converted to a queen bedroom.

We also have 2 roll-away beds. There’s enough room for the babies, the kids, the adults, and the grandparents.

The Restrooms

For large groups, having enough bathrooms is critical. You’ll have 2 full restrooms on the 2nd floor, and another full bath on the first floor.

The Kitchen

Our kitchen was specially built to entertain large groups. You’ll be able to cook all the amazing food you want with our large appliances, plenty of counter space and kitchen tools.

Amenities & Activities

Take a bike ride downtown with one of our bikes, play some board games in the library, watch Netflix with our high-speed WiFi, or dive into a book by the indoor gas fireplace.

The Bailey House/Manor was a beautiful home in the heart of New Philly. We stayed with a large group down for our 32nd annual golf trip.The spacious, well decorated home did not disappoint in any way. Has all the amenities and then some!Highly recommend

We had a great stay at Bailey Manor! The house was beautiful and had plenty of room for our group of 14 to spend time together for meals and games, but also plenty of room to spread out and enjoy some quiet time. It was the perfect homebase for us to explore Amish country and neighboring attractions. We loved that everyone had a comfortable place to sleep with easy access to large restrooms for getting ready in the morning. The kitchen was a dream to work in with plenty of refrigerator and freezer space. Everyone had a great time exploring the house walking the neighborhood. Would definitely visit again!

This has been the best rental experience!!! We had a group of 16 women for a Bible retreat. What a beautiful property! The kitchen was spacious and well appointed, beds were abundant and comfortable, living room large and comfortable for our meetings, and the dining room accommodated our group. As a bonus, we spent time outside on the patio in the evening and on the side porch during the day. We could not have been more pleased. On Saturday afternoon, people explored the area: some going into Amish country, some finding fabric shops, but the best was visiting the old theater downtown for five dollars and seeing a matinee!

Family reunion

This is a unique property that is perfect for a family reunion and for cooking a big meal together. Kitchen has EVERYTHING and beautiful appliances. TWO convection ovens and gas grills, full size freezer in addition to large refrigerator. Perfect for a group of 12 to 14. Wonderful hosts!

Perfect almost describes it!

What a wonderful property! The hosts have thought of everything and even made themselves available to help with a grocery delivery that showed up late while we were at a rehearsal dinner. Doug is a fantastic host. If you’re doing a wedding (like we were) or just visiting this place has all the space while still keeping everyone connected! Loved it and so will you!

Miller wedding party

We were in town for a family wedding and needed a place to stay that would be comfortable for a large group of out of town family members. The house was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone. Nice place to gather and visit while we prepared for the big day. The house was well stocked and the Bailey family was most accommodating. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this house for others.

Thanksgiving reunion

Great house for a large family reunion. We made a lovely Thanksgiving dinner with this fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need and then some! Wonderfully large dining room seats 12 around the table easily. Loads of lovely dish ware and glassware to have a formal and festive family dinner. Every room is comfortable and spotless. Host was terrific!! Highly recommend for a large adult group.

Great House

We had 20 people Stay in this house mixed with adults and kids and it was the perfect size. There was room for everyone. The owners of this property welcomed us when we arrived to do a walk through and let me mention we showed up at 1:00am because we had a detour. They were very quick with responses and great people! The house was everything that we expected except the downstairs that owner had access to. It kind of felt like we were being watched and the son living next door but it was fine because we weren't doing anything wrong. Overall the area and house itself was nice

House was completely loaded with amenities! Great kitchen with any kitchen items you could think of or need (though we weren't really there enough to use many). Stayed for a wedding at Enchanted Acres (15 minute drive). A cupboard full of games and plenty of living/dining room and parking space! The only negative thing I could possibly say is that the owners live in the basement and as best I could tell, the only separation was a baby gate at the top of the basement stairs. Maybe there was a door at the bottom of the stairs, but we didn't go down to check. I just felt like there should have been a way for us to ensure no entry into our living space was possible (like a door we could lock from our side...as we left personal belongings there while we were out. Didn't have any issues, just seemed odd to me. I would stay again if I had a need to be in the area. Owner communication was good - I did message him pretty last minute to see if we could get in early to drop some stuff off on our way to venue, didn't hear back from him right away, so took a chance and we were able to get in. That's when I found out they lived downstairs. I appreciated that he let us drop some stuff off.
