Clean room, nice pool, decent kitchen, great proximity to beach (swimming is not allowed), great location for pick ups for tours. Decent restaurants nearby. Walkable into Old San Juan (long walk).

Wonderful!!! My 24 year old son and I spent 2 weeks at this lovely hotel! We enjoyed having a kitchen and dining area in our clean room. It was convenient having laundry facilities on site as well as a store where we often bought coffee and snacks. The location is perfect since we could shop at a nearby supermarket and choose from a variety of nearby restaurants to dine, all within walking distance! We were especially impressed by the host’s hospitality and willingness to address all of needs. We definitely plan to return here next summer!!

First time visiting Puerto Rico. Excellent 5 days stay. Beach and pool was amazing. Also brought our dog. Took her to the beach for walks and she loved it. Place is comfy. Everything you need for a few days stay. No trouble with Uber finding the place, all tourist places were visited back and forth with no issues of getting lost. There’s a little grocery store in the building and cafe /sandwich serving. Supermarket was a 7 min walk. We wanted to walk around the area. Super safe. Thank you so much.

The apartment was totally adorable. The location is amazing. You’re right at the pool as well as an incredible beach, . It’s lovely. From the beach , you look great out to nothing but ocean. Communication with the host was great. The condo is conveniently located to site seeing shopping dining .and even close to the airport I would highly recommend this place to an individual , a couple or a small family to book it for a dream vacation.

This is the second year we have stayed at Blue Paradise for 3 weeks, we like the location to the pool and beach, and for walking around town. And thank you so much for getting us another set of keys.

Everything is as listed. The apartment was steps away from the pool and beach access. Was very easy to walk to la placita and uber to OSJ. Could use minor upgrades or repairs, for example the showerhead leaks, but nothing that interfered with the stay.

3 weeks at blue paradise

It was a very nice Cabana, liked it had a large bed in a off set room. Alot of room, a 4 burner stove,and was close to the pool and beach.

False advertising

The "apartment" was pretty clean overall. But, very, very basic. The pictures are deceiving. No parking except wherever you find a spot. To park at the hospital is 30/ day. . .on a positive note having the pool and beach so close was fantastic

Highly Disappointed

The room was flooded when I got there. It took over 4 hours for the onsite host to get back with me and when he barged in my room. Never once introduced himself to me. He waited until my friend left to do so. He tried to intimidate me and bully me. Never once asking or offering a solution to the problem.
