LOCATION - 5 Minutes from the Airport
This quaint and beautiful condo is located in the heart of Isla Verde. Only 5 minutes from the airport, on the best beach in San Juan and arguably one of the best beaches in Puerto Rico.

SECURITY - 24 HOURS
The Racquet Club Condominium is a safe, 24-Hour doorman building literally 5 STEPS to the beach. You cannot get any closer. The building is clean and has spectacular ocean views. My condo is on the 9th Floor.

PARKING - INCLUDED
Parking is at the building.

AMENITIES
There are linens and towels, a coffee maker, toaster, 4 basic beach chairs, a cooler, games, puzzles, books, a Bluetooth stereo, Smart TVs and a Smoke/Carbon Dioxide detector.

TRANSPORTATION – RENT A CAR OR NOT?
In terms of transportation, you really don't need a car. Uber is cheap in Puerto Rico and the local bus is around the corner. You can take a bus to Old San Juan, where you can take in some museums or visit the world famous El Morro, or easily get to other parts of the island.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This apartment is clean! There are floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, which provide an open feel as you gaze on the beautiful crescent portion of Isla Verde beach. Sit down and have your cup of morning coffee admiring the aqua green and cerulean blue sea, incredible ocean breeze and ample sunlight. I guarantee you... the view is breathtaking!

The condo is only steps away from the Isla Verde strip, where you can walk to everything, from the Royal Sonesta Hotel (formerly the Inter-Continental), Ruth's Chris, to the "soho chic" rooftop restaurant and bar at the Water & Beach Club Hotel a few doors down. The former CVS (now Caribe Pharmacy) is at the corner. You will find Walgreen’s, delis, restaurants, Pueblo supermarket, and a number of fast-food restaurants all in walking distance. The El San Juan Hotel, a lobby possessing architectural beauty, an amazing chandelier at the bar, high-end restaurants, night clubs and the spectacular casino, awaits you only a few blocks away!

If you don’t feel like going out, there are 2 bars on the bottom of the building - check out Torres Place where the drinks are great and the seafood empanadas are delish! You are also bound to meet the locals, some New Yorkers or tourists from around the globe. By the end of the night, hopefully everyone will probably know your name!

Lastly - guess what? You can actually get me, the owner on the phone! Novel idea speaking to a human right? My management company will take good care of you, but at least you know, you will always be able to reach me!

When we walked into the condo we fell in love. Beautiful view of the beach big windows. Condo very clean and beautiful setup. Fully stocked with towels, pot and pans, beach necessities and anything else you might need. Next time I return to Puerto Rico I hope to stay there again.

We went for our 6th Anniversary. Condo is as pictured laying in bed looking at the beach. Perfect location just a little ways outside San Juan and right outside the airport. We loved it!!

Perfect location

Like the previous posts the outside will give you a negative vibe however once you are inside the condo itself truly is a nice place and a safe place.. We want on yacht rides, , tours , saw wild sea turtles and manatees ( no tour ) a few miles from the location. We used Uber everywhere no car needed .

Perfection Getaway

This condo is a perfect getaway for a couple. My wife and I had a fabulous time and enjoyed every minute. The unit was clean, beautifully decorated, had a comfy bed, great kitchen, and the view...well, that was absolute perfection. We will definitely stay again!

Great location right off the beach

We had our yearly vacation and stayed in this apartment right off the beach. It faces the beach, wonderful views. It is small but very well furnished, perfect for a small family or couple looking for some time away. Close to shopping and eating locations all around.

Nice place to stay if you want to be right at the beach. Condo has 1 bedroom and a pull out futon in the living room area. There’s beach towels, a cooler and beach chairs if you need them and laundry on site if you need to do laundry during your stay. There was a 24 hour store nearby which was great and food within walking distance.

Beautiful condo!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. Isla Verde beach is the most beautiful beach in our opinion! Steps away from the beach and the view from our room was amazing. Check in was a little difficult as we got in to San Juan at 2am, but security was helpful and property manager was prompt to answer questions and solve issues. Many restaurants close by. The pool was not busy and clean. Check out was very easy! Would stay again!

The condo is beautiful and the view is fabulous! The owners were attentive. The workers do not speak sufficient English, that was my only issue. The beach is beautiful. My girls never went out alone because the area is like any city in the US. The food, drinks, the culture, the people, the beaches, aand the condo was great!

BEST BEACHFRONT VIEW EVER!

You cannot get a better beachfront view. The location is prime and the restaurant on the bottom of the building, Alambique, has AMAZING food and drinks. Nice clean condo with great towels and service from the owner (you can actually speak to her on the phone!) and property manager. This is my place to stay going forward. Had an amazing time!

Fabulous Condo

This condo is in a fabulous location steps away from Isle Verde Beach, our favorite. The condo was clean and spacious. The view of the beach is nice. The new sliding windows allowed for fresh air and the window a/c units worked great. There is a nice pool and deck for sunning on the ground level. The building is nice with relatively fast elevators, a nice pool, and security. The property owner and management company were communicative and easy to deal with. You can easily Uber to any place you want to go. We enjoyed the stay very much and we will return. Thanks so much!

Wonderful place!

We loved this cute condo. It was the perfect size for us and had what we needed to make our stay comfortable. Any questions we asked the owner, was immediately taken care of. Her responses we well understood and quick! We had a cable box go bad during our stay and within a few hours had it replaced. The place itself was very close to the airport and the windows to both the bedrooms and living area - looked out directly to the beach! The breeze during the day was amazing when we had the windows open. The 'pre' information sent was so helpful AND there was a very detailed notebook with things in the area to do, and places to go. Thank you Jennifer! Our stay was great.

Great location

When we pulled up to the building I thought I had made a huge mistake. The outside is not well kept, the lobby area was very dirty, there are bars on all of the doors. But then we got to our apartment and it was beautiful and just like the pictures! The location is perfect, literally steps to the beach. We walked to CVS several times for drinks or small items. We took and Uber to a grocery store once. The building was very quiet and secure. There was a lot of communication with the owner and property manager. They have clear instructions and checked on us regularly. The apartment has everything you need, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler. The bed is comfortable a s the AC cooled the room off quickly. Don’t let the outside scare you away from this cute apartment!

mother/daughters getaway

Perfect location, just as listed. The unit overall was plenty for three of us. The kitchen was plenty spacious, the living area was good but the location was key!! My only downside of our stay were the pillows!! We were provided with beach towels as well as a cooler, although maybe a beach blanket for a family.... The grocery store was a short 10 minute walk and there is a CVS (24hr) on the corner. We chose to buy our breakfast and lunch goods and ate out for dinner. There is an informative binder with helpful phone numbers and suggestions. I would not recommend Metropol for dinner. Our experience was awful. We had some difficulty with the bus as we didn't know you needed .75$ in coins only to ride, so we cabbed it to San Juan. Otherwise, we will consider for another stay. Thank you for having us :)

Perfect location, perfect beach!

We had a 10 day stay in this very nice one bedroom condo right on the beach in Isla Verde. The location is ideal for beach goers with the beach literally steps outside your doorway. The building was secure and the condo in very nice condition. The owner called to check on things the first day. We had some problems with the cable TV that were resolved in a very efficient manner. The air conditioning worked very well which is always a nice thing in a warm climate. The view of the beach/ocean was breathtaking! As some have mentioned, there is some noise from the street and the restaurants/bar that are on the lower part of the building. This did not bother us. The convenience of the restaurant/bar downstairs was really nice if we didn't feel like venturing out too far. Very good food. We enjoyed the neighborhood. Pueblo grocery store was within walking distance, as well as a very convenient mini-market was very close by. The Charlie Car Rental office was within about 2 blocks and so convenient as well. We were able to catch the city bus for journies to the Old Town of San Juan where we enjoyed seeing the sights. But the best thing about this place is its proximity to the ocean and its beautiful beach! We would highly recommend this property for a great get-away and relaxation on the beach!

OCEAN FRONT VIEW

My wife found this condo on VRBO for our summer family vacation trip, two adults and two kids. The condo has an ocean front view of the beach. The Marco Polo Company sent a text with precise instructions on how to gain access to the condo. The communication was prompt with the owner of the condo and the Marco Polo Company. But, the VRBO site was missing information on the details of the condo. You are provided with enough essentials to last one or two days. For example the condo only provides 2 rolls of toilet paper. I've stayed in VRBO property where they provide essentials to last a week. The ocean front view was good, but the windows could use a little TLC cleaning. The curtains should be blackout curtains to block out the morning sun. They provide basic cable with the option to rent movies. Bring your own firestick or Roku box to stream movies for down times. The Bluetooth Stereo system does not function. I followed all the instructions carefully and still couldn't get it to work. The guest from 1/24/22 through 1/28/22 stated the same issue in the House Book maintained at the condo. The furniture needs updating. The bathroom and kitchen looks like it was remodeled a few years ago. The bathroom shower is about 2 feet wide and 4 feet long. The bath towels are in good condition. They do provide beach essentials, 3 beach towels, 4 unusable rusty beach chairs and one damaged beach umbrella. The security Jessy was professional and polite at check in. She showed us around the property. The pool is pretty big. Be forewarned you are asked to turn off the a/c when you head out and be prepared to come back to a hot condo. Overall our stay was about average compared to other VRBO properties, but we made the best of it. P.S. Bring ear plugs for the party busses that may show up at 2 in the morning blaring music in front of the beach.
