Come enjoy the Lily Pad! This beautiful sunny beachfront condo on the 8th floor offers some of the best views of white sandy beaches and beautiful sunsets. This two-bedroom (KING BED) two bath getaway offers a year-round heated pool, close access to sports complexes, Pier Park and convenient beach access.

**Camera's are located on Balcony for liability purposes and front entrance only**

All ADA service animals must be pre-approved by the Sterling Reef Homeowners Association.

I am available through the Airbnb message system.

Within walking distance of Sterling Reef is the Bay County M.B. Miller Fishing Pier, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Goofy Golf, and Shrimp Basket restaurant.

Sterling Reef is centrally located in PCB with only a few minutes drive to Pier Park & its abundant shopping and entertainment, the Frank Brown Sports Complex, the Scenic 30A area, Wonder Works, Ripley's Believe It Or Not, Bay Point Golf & Tennis Resort, St. Andrews State Park and the Marina for Shell
Island World Class Fishing and Dolphin Boating Tours.

Publix and Walmart are only 2 miles away.

The condo is conveniently located just a few minutes to fabulous dining such as Captain Anderson's, Firefly, Pineapple Willies, Sharky's, Shrimp Basket, Moe's BBQ, and other great restaurants.

Nearby Pier Park Mall includes great shopping, additional restaurants, movie theaters, a fun-filled amusement park, and a variety of other entertainment events!

Great place to stay!

Condo was clean, beds were comfy, balcony was nice and well furnished, everything you needed for your stay was there. They even provided hand soap, dish soap, and coffee pods! We had a little problem with the pullout couch and the owners went above and beyond to get it fixed and make sure our stay was not inconvenienced! They were amazing to work with, communication was top notch. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was amazing. Very pretty and clean. And my goodness, it was equipped with everything we needed from the kitchen to the beach accessories. It was convenient to all the attractions and restaurants. Easy access to the pools and beach and the beachfront ocean view was Phenomenal! Looking forward to our next stay! Family Vacation

Took my family of 6 for some good beach time. The condo was more than adequate with some nice perks such as chairs for the beach, a coffee maker, pool and a great view. Getting our things up the from the parking area up to the room was a challenge being such a large group and waiting on the elevators. I understand the need for cameras on the balcony at a property like that but still felt a little odd. Overall great time.
