Overall, we had a pretty good stay. The view was amazing, and the size of the property was a huge plus. The host was also responsive and addressed our concerns about temperature control and missing towels promptly, which we appreciated.Our biggest issue was the heating system. We stayed for four days with a mix of sunny and cold, rainy weather, and the locked thermostats made it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. The first two nights were extremely cold, with the house reaching 62F on the second night, and there were no extra blankets available. I had to contact the property manager to get the heat turned on, it was addressed by the end of the day, but definitely an inconvenience. Unfortunately, the heat then seemed to run constantly, making the house and bedrooms uncomfortably hot on our third night. Guests should ideally have some control over the thermostats, especially when heat/air cond. is listed as an amenity. Programmable thermostats with temperature limits could be a good compromise. We also noticed a lack of basic amenities, including washcloths, hand towels, tissues, coffee for the coffee makers, extra blankets, and pillows. There was a bunch of different coffee options in the owners stash, but we didn't touch. These simple items would make the stay more comfortable. Lastly, the paper blinds felt very inexpensive and did little to provide privacy or block light. The price per night felt high considering all this, but overall the stay was enjoyed!

Beautiful coastal space

We had a great, relaxed stay here. The property was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The host was welcoming, helpful and communicative. And the community was so beautiful and charming. Highly recommend.

A real breeze...

We loved the incredible views and proximity to the beach, you couldn't ask for more! The house is roomy with space for everyone to spread out and relax. Larissa was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions.

New England in the fall

The lockbox on the door allowed us a quick and easy entry. Once inside the views were amazing! We really liked the paper plates, cups, utensils and paper products provided. In the past i have always had to buy these items along with dishwashing detergent…. But not here! Thank you for a special place to stay during our wedding weekend
