Windsor Island Resort is a 24-hour guard-gated community. All guest over 18 names must be disclosed after booking to ensure access to the resort.

This is a newly built community, although this home and neighboring homes are completed there are still some houses under construction. There may be some construction noises during the day/trucks passing by but they are really good about not working late.
