MODERN GUESTHOUSE IN PRIVATE SETTING
WINTER WONDERLAND. Relay and enjoy a beautiful setting amongst nature and wonderful birds. Great places to shop and eat or just relax in our cozy guest house. Enjoy!
We want you to have a relaxing stay with us, free from worry. We are located in a private area, away from public.
The space
The guest house is in a private setting surrounded by stunning stone walls and next to a vernal pond. Birds sing; and the owls hoot. Walking distance to a beautiful shell beach, and the beautiful CT coastline.
Very close to picturesque Stony Creek and Guilford--historic towns in Connecticut. Great restaurants; Gorgeous oceanside Hammonasset State Park in neighboring Madison, CT--and nature preserve. And a quick trip into New Haven where you can visit the Yale campus along seeing award winning architecture.
This guest house is beautifully sited and designed by STUDIOATE; an architectural firm formed by two Yale Architecture graduates.
The guest house has a private bedroom with a King size tempeurpedic bed; high ceilings; Modern Bath with beautiful fixtures and shower; heated floor and heated towel rack; large glass windows and doors. A gorgeous Front Deck overlooks a pond.
The guest house is equipped with a TV, AC/Heat; full bedding; towels; a kitchenette that includes a small undercounter refrigerator; sink, french press with delicious coffee; hot water pot; microwave; cups, glasses, plates and bowls, and flatware. (There are no cooking facilities in the guest house.)
Wifi is provided.
Short distance to Westwood hiking trails (Land Conservation Trust), shell beach; historic coastline of ct; great restaurants, great shops, antique stores, and museums. Great biking along the shore.
Neighborhood is friendly and quiet at night.
Easy access from I95. Parking is included.

The guest house is located at the back of a 3 acre property with its own driveway and parking. Guests have access to a beautiful setting overlooking a vernal pond and very private with stone walls that surround the guest house.
Other things to note
There are things to do year round here. Summer is full of beach activity; hiking; sightseeing., architecture tours; The winter light is stunning in the morning. Also--close by Hammonnasset State Park is a special place for walks throughout the year--with a wonderful Nature Center. Snowy owls; hawks and winter birds are abundant.se is unique.
