Great stay

It was perfect for my son and i visiting the area. The place was clean and exactly how it’s described. They even had coffee so i didn’t need to go out to the store in the morning after a long day and night of travel.

Super clean and in a fantastic location, directly across the street from Hammonasset Beach State Park. The park has wonderful walking paths and is a definite plus if you love the shoreline and want to walk for miles in a safe, beautiful setting.We arrived after dark, and a lighted walkway from the parking area to the property would have been helpful, especially while carrying luggage. We used our phone flashlights and mentioned this to the host.The property is adjacent to a home and in fairly close proximity to it, but it still feels private.One small tip for future guests: if you're staying more than a night, you may want to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. The host thoughtfully provided a razor, toothbrush, tiny toothpaste, and a single-use combined shampoo/conditioner. We left two full-size bottles of shampoo and conditioner behind for future guests. The washer & dryer were great. Just bring detergent.Madison and nearby Guilford are idyllic CT shoreline towns and were once our home, so it was especially nice to be back. The property was very clean, comfortable, and well located. Host was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy property. Beds are comfy, it’s extremely clean, and it has great light. Outdoor temps were below freezing the whole time, and it snowed on New Year’s Eve. We were concerned about ice, and Kevin quickly responded to our request for ice melt to be put down even though it was a holiday. We hope to return when it’s warmer and we can take advantage of the walking paths and nearby state park.

Such a beautiful apartment, so well appointed with lovely furniture, full kitchen with new appliances - the beds were so very comfortable!Sitting outside was glorious, as well! Beautiful grounds, so well-maintained.Our host, Kevin, was instantly responsive to questions as we planned our stay, giving us confidence that we could reach him if we had any questions during our stay - but everything was so perfect, we didn't need to call!We will hope to return to this lovely place next year for our annual family reunion.
