Just like grandma’s house.

Beautiful home with everything we needed for our stay. Host was warm and inviting and made himself available, if we needed anything. We highly recommend this home. 5 stars ⭐️

Good place to get away!.

Very comfortable place most Homie. The mattresses were firm and comfortable. Everything worked great. We love the backyard which borders right on the Erie canal our friends and family came over and we’re able to use their canoes and kayaks on the canal. We will definitely consider this place in the future.

Keith is a fantastic host. Communications are excellent. His attention to detail and he goes above and beyond to make sure everything for your stay is perfect. We will definitely stay again if we return to the area.

I booked this property for my crew while we were working on a nearby hotel project. We travel throughout the U.S. for work and frequently rent homes like this for our teams.Initially, the neighboring property owner seemed concerned, likely because of issues they had experienced with previous groups. However, once they got to know our crew, they realized we were respectful, took care of the property, and were not causing any problems.During the final week of our stay, I had to rotate in a few replacement workers. Without ever meeting them, the neighboring property owner refused to allow the new crew members to stay at the house. As a result, I had to book a second VRBO for the replacement workers, which cost me an additional week's rental expense. Unfortunately, no refund or accommodation was offered for the unused portion of the original booking.

Maybe if you had takin the time to “contact me directly” to discuss the situation and make me comfortable with whom you wanted to continue the reservation for the 4 days that were left it would have been a totally different outcome! So as far as I’m concerned you have nobody to be upset with but yourself.
