Perfect mountain retreat with beautiful views. Was excited to see we were staying on a tree farm! Added to the beauty of the experience. House had everything we needed and host was very responsive. We missed the note that breakfast was included and were very happy to arrive to some food at the house. Will definitely stay again.
Isolated from neighbors on a fenced in property making it perfect for pets! The house was immaculate and the hot tub was hot enough to keep us warm in 13 degree weather! Big enough to stay for a few nights comfortably. A great find and well worth the 2.5 hour drive for us!
We had a beautiful stay. Did some snowshoeing, made it up to the top of the hill and the views are breathtaking. The cabin is comfy cozy and well equipped. Thank you for sharing your home.
House was great. Kitchen amenities need an update. Pots and pans were clearly past their time, no small pot to boil water for tea/coffee. Otherwise very nice place.
We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable home with great front porch and back patio. Noise from highway and neighbors were a slight annoyance. Location is great for access to Colorado River rafting. Flattops trailheads are under an hour away.
Everything was great! The host was very responsive, pleasant and the property was clean. The only things that I could say that might be unique are that the tenants on property are closer than we originally imagined. (The gentlemen were nice and considerate of our space) Second, the beds were a little more firm than we like but this is more of a personal preference. Overall, this was a great property and we would stay there again.
Cabin is Sutton a tree farm.. sounds nice but not when there are 10+men who do not speak English staring out you and watching your every move. Also not nice when those 10+ men are staying not 110
Feet from your cabin in barns and trailers with dumpsters and junk all around. Very unsafe environment and very unpleasant
We enjoyed our stay at this house! It's a very remote location, with the closest store/gas station/etc being at least 30 min away. And they are correct when saying there is no cell service so make sure to save directions and instructions to check in. The house is nice and cozy and we enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen has basic necessities (some pots and pans) but is not stocked. We asked that question before arriving so made sure to plan accordingly. The host was very responsive.
We were here in winter so there was no one else on the property. Not sure when we will be back in McCoy but would stay here again!
