Endless views of the sea of Cortez and amazing nightly views of old port. This 3 BR, 2 Bath Penthouse Condo at the Princesa Penansco Resort is located on the top floor of the D building. Main floor has two bedrooms, one king bed and one queen, both with TV's and a large bathroom with walk-in shower . The full size kitchen is stocked with all basic essentials. Dining table for six plus three barstools at the breakfast bar. Available water dispenser with fresh drinking water. Washer and dryer available in condo. Living area with sofa, loveseat, recliner and smart TV. Free Wi-Fi. Upstairs, the Master suite with King bed, futon/ couch, dresser and smart TV. Walk-in closet. Private walk-in shower with ocean views. Huge wrap around patio with outdoor seating and dining area with great views. Three pools, one heated with swim up bar, two jacuzzis, gym, BBQ's, Collin's Restaurant and Mini store ALL located on property. Security gate with 24/7 on-site security.
