Thanks to the quiet neighbourhood and comfy beds, you’re all but guaranteed to have a great night’s sleep when you stay with us in Calgary. There are two bedrooms located upstairs on the main floor and a third downstairs in the finished basement. Each bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed with fresh linens and plush pillows. You’ll wake up feeling rested and ready to seize the day!

For additional guests, we have two sleeper sofas available - one in the living room/office upstairs and one in the downstairs living room.

The home has one full bathroom and one half bath. The full bathroom sits on the main floor and boasts a shower/tub combo, make-up towels, q-tips, and cotton pads for your convenience. The half bathroom is located on the lower level.

The full kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare delicious meals for a big group. You’ll find a microwave, fridge, electric stove, and dishwasher, along with glasses, mugs, dishes, and cutlery. In addition to the basics, we also provide guests with a fully stocked coffee bar, including regular and decaf coffee, green tea, black tea, and Coffee Mate creamer so you can start your mornings off right.

Just off the kitchen sits a beautifully decorated dining area, complete with a dining table with seating for six where you can gather and trade stories about your day.

This spacious house features not one, not two, but THREE separate living room areas, making it ideal for large groups who need plenty of space to relax.

As soon as you walk into the home, you’ll be greeted with the first of these stylish spaces, complete with vintage furniture and carefully selected art. This sitting room is the perfect place to gather before heading out into the city, though you could also utilize the area to devour a great book or simply relax after a long day.

The second living room sits in the finished basement. This is the largest area to hang out in as a big group, and there’s plenty to keep you entertained for hours on end. After you finish admiring the eclectic decorations, you can sit back on the sectional sofa and stream your favorite shows on Netflix, sidle up to the vintage bar, or challenge a friend to a game of foosball. There’s also a small collection of board games for you to choose from, along with a card table to play them at. If you have additional guests, the sofa can be converted into an extra sleeping area.

The third lounge area sits just around the corner from the first and features a comfy sleeper sofa and a desk for anyone who needs to make use of the lightning-fast WiFi to get some work done during their stay.

The fenced yard area features a grassy expanse that is perfect for yard games in the summer and snowman building in the winter. The fence allows for both privacy and safety if you are traveling with any youngsters.

There is keyless entry to the home which a unique door code will be provided to you after you book with us.

We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house that record to the cloud 24/7 for security purposes, and for your safety.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

House Rules

Please carefully review the house rules listed below and please understand that we take our short-term rental business and these rules very seriously. We do this to ensure the next guest will receive the unit in the same immaculate condition as you did. Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund. By booking, you agreed to take responsibility for any other losses that we may incur due to any non following of the house rules that leads to us having to refund or discount the next guest.

Additional Rules
- Quiet hours are in effect from 10 PM and 7 AM Monday to Saturday. 10 pm to 9 am Sunday and Holidays.

- Please remove all footwear at the door of the house. No shoes inside of the property.

- This is a NON-PARTY home. Excess noise is not permitted in this property. If we find a party happening at the property the booking will be immediately canceled and NO REFUND shall be given.

- Guest's account must have a verified direct phone number on their profile which will be checked prior to reservation. If the host cannot directly contact the guest on their phone number listed on their profile, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation prior to its beginning. Local area guests must communicate with us prior to booking stating the nature of the visit.

- No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana, or vaping) - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property.

- The maximum occupancy on this property is 10 people. Any additional guests that arrive without permission will be vacated off the property for trespassing. All guests must be declared on the reservation. Any unregistered guests will be charged a $40 additional guest fee per person. Visitors must be cleared with us before inviting them over.

- Alert us immediately if anything breaks. We may not be able to fix it for the next guest if you don’t tell us right away.

- Please treat our property with respect - use coasters on the furniture where they are provided and keep the place tidy. Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure.

- Candles are decorative elements and not for regulate guest use as they pose a significant fire hazard.
