Don was AMAZING!! When we had any questions or issues with the house he was very fast in taking care of us. Very pleasant to work with. The kitchen is not stocked with alot of glasses or large serving bowls or largr cooking pans

Our arrival had a few snags, but Don was super easy to communicate with and our issues were resolved quickly. We stayed with our kids and grandkids. All of the rooms were as described. If you’re cooking in, there is absolutely everything you need. Best stocked rental I’ve ever been to. The only real negative- if you’re a coffee drinker, the coffee pot is soooo slow! But there is a Keurig as well. If we stay in Branson again, we will be back!

The property was beautiful, we'll equipped, and conveniently located to nearby attractions. We had issues with the AC one evening, repairman was unable to come out due to time of evening but the owner walked us through resetting it to get it going.

The house was better that the pictures show. We had 3 teens with us and all had their own floor to themselves. The hot tub was huge and the trail thru the woods was fun. I never had to wait more than 10 mins for the host to respond to any question or concern. Best vacation house we have ever stayed at!

Host was friendly and great with communication. Property was very nice and as described. There are a few minor complaints but did not significantly affect the experience:1. Part of the reason we selected this property was access to the fitness center and clubhouse, which was rented out for a private party for one evening, meaning we were not able to use the space. 2. The property was generally clean but in need for a deep clean. Light fixtures and other areas had layers of thick dust. Usually these were areas that were not used and did not affect the experience.

The house was very big and accommodating. The hot tub was amazing even in the cold weather! Kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. Pool table was a lot of fun and the family loved playing together. Spacious and comfortable! Close to Branson and the Table Rock Lake which was nice to drive to for the sunrise.

First of all the upper deck is in bad shape. Don't anyone lean against the railing, you will fall through. Its rotten all through the supports. The outdoor table is unusable with broken tiles. In the living room has a broken fireplace and 2 lamps that don't work. The frig and stove lights don't work. Main level bedroom with fireplace doesn't work. Coffee pot and k cup machines do not work. Down stairs bathroom with bath jets were full of mold. Hot tub was out of chlorine and had funny smell to the water. Blinds on the patio door and deck doors were broken. Paint on walls chipped up all over house. 6 total bathrooms but only 4 extra rolls of toilet paper, not enough towels and for 6 bedrooms 2 extra blankets. And the bedroom pillows were hard as rocks. Toilets rocked, and faucet in bathrooms loose and rocks on the counter. And the icing on the cake was when my boyfriend stayed behind on our last full day a man walked right into the house without knocking and said he was a maintenance guy. All things considered the house is a lovely house, its just not being maintained the way it should be. I understand it's a rental property but being such there are things that need to be done on an ongoing basis to keep up the quality of the listing.

Thank you for your feedback! I wish you had brought some of these to my attention during your 5 night stay, we have backups of everything and full time maintenance staff to take care of the hot tub levels and any house issues. The railing has been replaced, coffee pot replaced, k cup verified working, lamps work, fireplace works. Cleaners have been reminded to leave 2 extra rolls in every bathroom, and ensure adequate towels are available. I have never had anyone complain about the pillows. Please please please communicate with your host next time, majority of these could have been resolved in 30 minutes.

Enjoy the outdoors with a large deck off the living room with a hot tub on the lower level. The deck is relatively private since it is so high and backing up to the forest. The community features TWO beautiful Swimming Pools (zero step) to add another layer of luxury to this community. There is a Conference Room, Fitness Room, and Game Room in the Clubhouse!

This home features 4 bedrooms with King beds, 1 bedroom with a Queen bed, and 1 bedroom with 2 Bunk Beds. Being only 10-15 minutes from Big Cedar and Downtown Branson this is a perfect property for you and your family to relax in the mountains. Inside you will appreciate the quality furniture and artwork I have purchased for this home. The deck has a beautiful view of the forest and creek with a walking bridge!
